AliExpress Order not shipped or closed

I orfered on the 1st of March but 3 days later it still hadnt shipped, i contacted seller who informed me that my order was lost before it was shipped, i contacted aliexpress who told me not to worry and to patiently wait until the 13th because its got to the 13th to ship or it will automatically be closed, its now the 18th and they still havent closed it or refunded me and customer services dont help at all

So my orser wasnt shipped because it was lost in the warehouse, i still says prossessing and aliexpress emailed me and said it woyld automatically be closed on the 13th if it hasn't shipped but it still hasn't shipped, 2 weeks ive been trying to resolve this and aliexpress just repeat themselves, how hard can it be to refund me?

AliExpress Flower wall

I purchased a flower wall from a seller on Aliexpress on 28 October 2023. The wall I received was nothing like the image shown and I have been disputing it through the seller and Aliexpress ever since. It's now 6 March 2024 and this is still continuing with no resolution. Continual attempted conversations with the seller asking for a resolution, they simply respond 'the order is being checked'

I have contacted Aliexpress through the chat and spoken with an online agent at least once a month. They have all promised to resolve and escalate the dispute. But still nothing has been done. I am appalled, frustrated and angry. You can clearly see from the image shown on the listing, which I expected to receive, and the images of the wall I received that it's poor quality and nothing like the image in the listing.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund.

AliExpress I was not happy with the product and colour

AliExpress Various clothing items

I bought some clothing items from Ali express. I waited 2 weeks and I got an email saying my things had been delivered, however there was no card left in my mail box and no items.

I wrote to Ali express stating the same however they emailed me stating that as I had no proof they would close the matter!

I don’t u der stand how I would have evidence of something not arriving it’ll it didn’t arrive! I mean, would they want me to send them a picture of nothing labelling it my proof?

I ordered things online and it said they were delivered. I contacted Ali express who asked for proof that the item wasn’t delivered - how am I meant to do that, take a picture of nothing?

They said as I had no evidence they could not help me!

AliExpress fluid prevention socks

I purchased some size 3 extra large fluid prevention socks from the Aries Store through Ali Express. I received a pair of small socks that don.t even fit over my feet Aries store had a chart to show which size sock to buy which I used.

I placed a claim because this product is definably not what I ordered' and are total useless to me; I included pictures of my leg size and a screen shot of Aries Sores size chart .How ever Ali express has rejected my claim saying there is not enough information for a refund. I am not impressed at being coned and expect a fully refund . . They can have the socks back at their expanse .This company is just cheating buyers.

However in the second time the app showed a message that the payment cannot be made but that amount has been deducted from my account. The issue is there with the second payment. AliExpress No help no refund

Where to go if the chat agent is not helping. China Logistics Company posted my order as delivery failed. The package never arrived to Canada and it shows clearly on the Canada Post site (still waiting for arrival). The order shows as complete and will not allow me to click on it or reapply for refund or appeal.

For 5 days I have been talking to different customer service agents. They requested a letter from Canada Post I can not get since the package never arrived to Canada and cleared by customs.

Each time I get promises of help, but nothing happens. Even the seller was able to open the investigation and find out that the package was lost. But Ali's representatives keep asking me for the document from Canada Post signed and stamped. I was supposed to get via email and never got it.

Last Friday an agent even sent me a case ID #[protected] and today's agent tells me the case is closed.

Who can help me? Is there any way to get help? I have being a loyal customer of AliExpress but now thinking if I ever want to buy from this site. The value of the order is over CDN$ 65.00. For a few dollars order, I would not bother.

AliExpress Aliexpress free return scam

I have returned the product even without opening the parcel and seller has received it https://mygls.gls-portugal.pt/e/904236125/28806/en

But, I did not get the refund and the dispute closed. I have lost 30 euros & the keyboard also. So, I do not want to do any transaction more with aliexpress. There is no direct way to communicate with aliexpress human support.

this company should not be allowed to sell there products they do not protect there customers they do everything to scam there customers , i have been mislead and sold a product that does not match the number they said would fit , but in reality the number did not match there board, it was different then mine, , so seller once i told him he was not interested in helping me kept saying send product back, so i did now seller will not answer my repeated texts messages, so this company cheated me, i paid for a product the was no use to me and i even paid 30. dollars to send the product back to them, and they still tell me nothing they can do, what a bad company this is , worst i have even seen !

Please see attached photos for tracking number of the returned item & ali express refusing to refund me.

I bought a motor it was faulty & caused a fire burning out all the wiring in the device which cost me £30 to repair.

I was told to return item when they should have said Bin It! Photo of royal mail postal receipt shows the tracking number of my return.

I have got items week ago and have rapidly reported on the products as it is my right to do so. I explained the amount that I received, in description it’s written 216 pieces but me I received 9 packs inside one pack there’s 8 cards so in total it is 72 cards not 216 cards as described. Help me out with these issues as it is my first order, I don’t want to have bad taste and beginning in your platform.

The seller asked me to cancel the dispute in order to re-send them to me and also to pay 1$ extra. As sellers require money before delivering products, me I require my items after paying the fees included the shipping and customs fee.

I am the most person loosing. It's seller or store that sold the items mistakes. i paid once and I didn't get my products once.

AliExpress 3 bookshelves ordered 9/9/23 never delivered and I was billed

9/9/23 order id [protected] I ordered 3 five shelves bookcases and I never received them. I was billed $81.23 despite them never delivering them to me. On their website under my account it still stated awaiting delivery as of 10/29/23. I had to order the bookshelves from walmart since I needed them. I have been trying to get my money back from American express but Aliexpress sent them a "proof of delivery" which was not proof because I never signed for the items nor were they delivered.

AliExpress HMMR House Store

I have ordered multiple items from Ali Express. This time, along with a lot of other items, I ordered this item from the store listed above:

Cernunnos Horned Animal God Sculpture

I ordered two and got none. When I complained, I was told to check tracking. I did. It never came to my home town in Oregon. The last it was seen was in Compton, CA. I've been refused a refund or replacement. They just keep telling me to check with the post office.

So . . . I went to my post office and they gave me a print out, included with this complaint, that says the item was last in Compton - California, NOT Oregon. I didn't address this to Compton so it is not my issue. Even with this proof, I am told to check the post office.

I know this may not go anywhere but I just felt I needed to say something and if it causes this seller some sales, good. I, for one, will NOT be shopping at Ali Express again. Temu is faster and just as good.

Buyer beware.
