Burlington Coat Factory Direct review: rude service in the dressing room

I went to the one in mesquite tx by town east. I went to try on clothes and I had 5 items noone was there which they never our r. So I went in. I was showing my daughter my outfit which she was standing on the outside with our other items. The lady looked in my room and yelled that is to many clothes. I said it's only 5 she then started to complain about my daughter having the backpack she wanted saying that cant be here. But in a very hostile manner. My daughter is only 8. She was standing outside of the door. I am appalled how this older lady acted. I told the manager and her reply was o we get that all the time. Lol I am a manager myself and I would never let my employees ever talk like that especially more than once. O and the rude lady also said she dont need her job that it's a [censored] job anyway. Wow u should fire her asap. I sure put my daughter's backpacks back and went to target.
