Burlington Coat Factory Direct review: Unprofessional and long line

It was the evening and two employees Were on register together. Did not get names because name tags were purposely worn backwards. But both Spanish. Registers were right next to each other. The cursed and used slang words. The supervisor had an attitude and didn’t correct the employees. They left the register to get Uber Eats and then ate and drink their drinks at register while lines were so packed. If I didn’t need my item I would’ve left. The store was terrible things were open. Deodorant and sprays used and left open without tops. Sizes changed on outfits. Small skirt with large top. Nothing was where it should be it look like a thrift store being ran. The employees ignore you cause they to busy in conversation with each other. I’ll never shop there again. Downtown Paterson mall Burlington 1rst floor.
