This is reference to burger king store # 8119. I've been visiting this store for about 9 months now and never seen a male manager nor pl. I've also notice that an employee working there was once a manager at KFC. Not saying that the managers and Pl's that are there now are not doing there job, but its very rare to see male managers. Also noticed that a female at the same store probaly been working there around 1.5 months now have a black shirt, in which this guy i was speaking on has been there over 4.5 months. Yea you can say i see everything. Everytime im in the store which is everyday i see him bust his tail working, he's all over the place doing odd jobs making sure the store is clean. That's what type of people we need in management, not someone who has a lead to that position. I know it was a lead cause i overheard conversations as the employees were taking breaks in the store. I truly don't thnk this is the right choice. I see him motivated and yes qualified for the position but yet you make a FEMALE who's been there for a few weeks a pl. Please review this before i have to make a disrcimination complaint.

Store #2356
I spent a total of 25 minutes waiting to receive my food at my local burger king last night. After this wait the staff was very rude and did not seem bothered about making other customers wait this long. There was a line around the entire building(drive thru) and not more than two or three patrons in the interior dining area. I was forced to wait all this time and deal with rude employees just to top it all off by receiving cold fries and burgers. The wait would not have been as bad if the food would have been freshly prepared. Also when I mentioned it to the staff they seemed like they could careless. When I tried to contact burger king directly they just give me the local number and ask to call to speak with a manager. I'm done speaking with them and I'm done with their chain all together. I will be going to Wendys or McDonalds from now on as they seem to be more concerned about their customers and their satisfaction.

I have been growing concerned about the violence depicted in the Burger King commercials, of late. Last night was the last straw. The King, wearing a hoodie, breaks in and steals the Egg McMuffin recipe. As I sat there watching with my 8 year old, I had to explain that the reason we would no longer be going to BK is because the King is a criminal and we cannot support such behavior. Really folks, just because crime is rampant in our society, do you really thing that what our kids need is to see a fictional character that they admire perpetrating violence against others and committing crimes?

I bought my fries and my drink. So I happen to turn me receipt around and read it. It stated "with completion of a survey and purchase of fries and drink you will receive a free whopper or chicken sandwich" I took the survey, got validation code, but the burger king manager buy the name of cesar refused to give me the free whopper. He also refused to let me borrow a pen and would not give my friend a water cup as asked but then gave a random black guy one. Note - my friend is white and of different culture while the manager is spanish. I feel a sense of racism from the manager "cesar" note - the employees working are disgusting! They are all filthy and very rude to all customers. We are talking about the burger king in "lantana florida" at "1001 south dixie highway" thank you I hope you will do something of this disturbance.

my partner and i took our seven month old son out for a stroll around town on sunday, being a sunday shops shut early, so there wasnt many places open we could go to to warm the babys bottle and food.burger king in queens street was open so both my partner and i went inside and placed our order, in the middle of eating our food i had asked my partner to go to the counter and ask for some hot water to warm the babys food, h returned with nothing, saying that they are not allowed to hand out hot water for safety reasons, this i understood so i didnt think too much of it, anyway the baby still needed to be fed so i then took his bottle up to the counter to ask if they could warm it for me rather than them have to hand me the water, one girl went to do this for me when another member of staff told her ''come here, and pointed to a sign above there counter (wich i couldnt see)and then she came back to me handed me the bottle back as she said ''sorry its againts our policy'' we cant warm the babys food...i was not happy at my son was crying through hunger all i had to give my son COLD food...what happend to there logo on there shops ''HAVE IT YOUR WAY?'' they done nothing to help and all i wanted was a bottle warmed, you would think i was asking for the world...they took our money for food ok though didnt they...to add insult to injury then i took my son upstairs to change his nappy, the baby unit there was impossible it was put into a corner where the toilet cubical was it was the type where you had to pull it down before you could lay the baby onto it, but there was a wall one side of it and a toilet the other so there was very little space there to be able to change the baby there...i could not wait to leave the shop, i was so annoyed and dissapointed at there attitude..yet when i have been to other burger king's the staff there has warmed a bottle for me with no fuss but the one in queen street in cardiff however it was like asking to get blood out of a stone...needless to say i will not be buying from them again and neither will my partner so they have lost yet more customers with there stupid ruels and bad manners!

I usually like going to Burger King in the mornings for the breakfast sandwiches. Today I went and the woman on the drive thru was very rude, she threw our food at us, I had ordered french toast sticks, and I like extra syrup, well she told me that would be 30 cents extra. I'm sorry but if I order a product that comes with syrup and want one extra I don't believe I should be charged extra to enjoy the product I ordered. We also asked for Ketchup and she gave us two. What I want to know, is Burger King struggling so bad financially that they have to charge for every little extra sauce, its not like I asked for 10 extra sauces or Syrups, it was one. Needless to say I didn't have it my way as your motto so clearly states and will be frequenting Mcdonalds from now on, unless something changes.

I have observed for the last 6 months that service has been lacking and employees are not following through on orders that where taken when they had you your food and when they do most seem to not look at you just had off your food to who is ever standing there to take it. I am fully aware of businesses running on a small crew and if the service is good and your food is correct thats fine I am never in a rush and I give this crew the benifit of a doubt they can do the job but with the change in mamagement and the lack of true customer service its a hassel just to go in. I have seen when the computers stop working on a weekly basis to take orders and the dress code has been stretched to the point of mangers and crew wearing flip flops to work also they TV in the main lobby is off which I believe is to keep the transients from staing into long I have seem them beg for food or take it when someone is not looking or the smell that lingers from them even after there gone. My last issue is with the cancelatin of the chessy tots this was the only item that I would go out of my way for from this burger chain and it is replaced my horrible carnie funnel sticks "seriously" if it was fish sticks then i could see it but then again I would still want the tots.

I usually eat here very often because of how close it is to my house. Today, I got a bunch of food and included in the order was a 12 piece cheesy Tot. When I got home, I was eating my sandwich and fries, and cracked open my 12 piece cheesy tot. I ate 3 of them and was working on my sandwich when I seen a bug come crawling out from under a cheesy tot. I took a 2nd look in confusion, and it was a tiny little roach. I killed it and threw all of the food away. My girlfriend and I will never eat there again, nor will I suggest anyone else to.

This commercial airs at all times of day. While I appreciate spoof and parody, I think it would be more appropriate for children if the dancers looked more like Burger King workers, i.e., long pants and both men and women. When the original song aired I remember learning the words and sneaking peaks at the video at my friends house. I'm not sure how BK thought that this was in great taste but edgy can work. The short-shorts just don't work for me on something that is obviously directed to a young audience. The sexual overtones in our culture are heavy enough without them being in a commercial for BK and Spongebob.

This national ad for a kid's meal is packed with insinuations of sexual demeanor and is an embarrassment to commercialism. Having a mascot, the "burger king" who is obviously aimed at children, measuring the square-ness of a woman's rear is absolutely rediculous and not only sexist but inappropriate for children in general. These children's meals are supposedly for children who are under the age of puberty. Why are they trying to sell kiddy food with models dancing in tight dresses, being measured by "the king", and with boxes on their rears? These recent ads remind me more of "the man show" (With professional wrestlers, bikini clad bouncers, and sexualizing square "booty") than commercials for a family food establishment.

I will not buy from them due to this (Among others) questionable advertisement. What has gotten into their advertising department lately?

I was taken aback by the the remix of Sir Mix A Lot's song I Like Big Butts. I enjoy the original song but am sickened by the use of jiggling butts (even square ones) in an advertisement aimed at children. What were you thinking? It is disgusting. I will not be bringing my children to Burger King anymore. My family is also boycotting Burger King. We have many choices in the fast food industry to partake of one that fails to consider how an ad will affect our children.

When we placed our our we request a big fish with no bread and to add: mayo, pickle, catsup, and onion. The cashier accepted the order but when it go to the prep people the manger came out and refused to make it that way. Now mind you, we had ordered the same thing through the drive thru at this location only 2 weeks earlier with no problem. We got a refund and left the store...we will never go back there again!

What ever happened to "we make it your way"?

Suggestion: Retrain employees to have better customer service skills and to understand that the customer should be treated with respect and not disgust.

Today, Sept. ll, I stopped at your sandy plains store and being in a hurry, went through drive-through. Big mistake! I decided to try the steakhouse burger, angus sounded good. I ordered it without the fried onion, with lettuce, tomato, pickle, fresh onion, mustard, cheese. It was over-cooked, absolutely burned (black) on one side, was tasteless! I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt, it was the worst burger I have ever eaten. And the part that was not burned had NO taste at all! What a disappointment! The sad part is that I rarely eat burgers anyway, and to be in a rush, go through drive-through, only to have that horrible a meal. A wasted $6.14!

The shaking of square butts on the front of my tv screne, as my children watch
Tv-later for my children - while I watch tv. Young girls shaking their butts with the burger king king holding a measuring tape measuring one of the girls square butts and smiling. What kind of message is that sending? Trust me it has nothing to do with food!Dancing to such lyrics as... "i like square butts and I cannot lie".

Hi,
On my way to the airport yesterday morning, around 9 or 930 am pacific standard time I stopped through the drive thru at Burger King on Rosecrans Street in San Diego, CA. The Drive Thru kept my debit card. Usually when you go through a drive thru, they are suppose to give you your debit card back before they give you the food. They gave me my food and receipt and said there you go, have a nice day. I drove down to turn my rental car in and noticed that Burger King still had it. I then went back around and they said I just drove off. They were being very rude. I was just wanting to know if there can be something done about this. I even asked just for keeping my card if they can reimburse me and they laughed and said No! I then used a little language towards them because they were incompetent and could hardly speak English. So can there be something done about this?

Robert.

I went to Burger King the other day, to try the "NEW RIBS". The drive up window was backed up at least 20 cars, the parking lot full, and a huge tracker trailer truck parked in front of the entrance. I parked, and went in. The newly renovated place was complicated to negotiate as they had you walking around a huge stainless steel circular railing just to get to the counter. There were only 3 servers up front, including the one from the drive up window, the line waiting to order was only slightly shorter than the one waiting to get into the line to wait in line to order. The people trying to exit after filling their drinks had to squeeze by the people backed up waiting in line, and staying at all was up for debate. I got to the ordering station, and the girl taking orders walked away from the cash register, and proceeded to "help" the person putting up orders at the hot plate; leaving everyone standing waiting to order and then wait. She finally came back I ordered four 3 pc ribs only units and waited. I waited, and waited some more as these are only cooked once the orders for them are placed. The cost was 10.61 cents including tax, but the ribs pictured in the lighted signs looked delicious, and certainly worth the money. I got them home and discovered that they were about 2 inches long at the most, and it was hard to tell if they were beef, or just pork being flavored to taste like beef. I felt that the value for dollar was poor, they did not taste that spectacular, and it was very disappointing. I called the store the next day, to tell them what I thought, and how I was disappointed, I wanted a couple of coupons for free whoppers or something because I felt the ribs deal was unacceptable. After I explained, and was told, yes the ribs are about the size of your thumb, I asked why the ones pictured looked at least 4 inches long? I wanted to know if they were sold by weight, or by the piece, and why they didn't know right away if it was beef or pork? She told me she had not tried them, that they were sold by the piece, not by weight, and that if I had a complaint that I had to go onto Burger King's web site and take it up with corporate there. I went on line, BUT my MSN media center II is not a computer, and the BK site required additional soft ware down loaded to navigate it. I don't have the ability to install extra stuff to watch speedy video, complicated sites, so I was unable to contact them. I called the store back to get a number to call BK, and was informed that they Manager did NOT have a direct number for Customer Service, she gave me an 800 number she had and the extention. I called, got a recording saying that the extention was not recognized. I called the 800 information operator to see if they had a number and was informed that Burger King does NOT have an 800 number listed in their 800 number directory. I called another store, told them what I was looking for, and was informed that THEY REALLY DO NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF NUMBER LIKE THAT... (It seems that customer service of BK likes to remain incommunicado) but if I still had my receipt I could call the number on the back of it, and leave my information there. I did not have the receipt, he found one, gave me the number and I thanked him. The number was an invitation to participate in a survey, automated, anonymous, and futile because I did not have the store number required to get into the survey. I dug through my trash, found the ticket, called, told them what I thought about the wait, the store set up, the value for dollar and the disappointing ribs all by giving each item a rating of 1 for poor up to 5 for excellent. At the end of the survey I was given a validation code, for a free chicken sandwich when I made a purchase of any size drink and french fries. Then I was informed that the receipt had to be presented at the time of purchase, there was only one ticket per household allowed, and there was only one free sandwich, or current deal allowed per month. I still was not able to have any satisfaction about the inconsistency in the ribs sales, and I am still upset about the inability to contact corporate Burger King to let my dismay be known. I realize that they are not unavailable, that it is my state of on line challenge that makes it impossible to access them, BUT I am sure I am not the only web tv user who has decided that they are not happy with the Burger King site requirements.

I would like it to be known that Burger King should be just as fast with their service as the one next door to it which will remain McAnonymous, that the layout of the new lobby is uncomfortable and it is stupid that they only had one employee on the register at the peak of lunch rush. I also would like to know how to contact Burger King so I can let them know I would like coupons for 2 free whoppers since I felt ripped off by the rib cost.

The new commercial for the Burger King kid meal featuring Spongebob Squarepants is absolutely the worst commercial I have ever seen for a kids meal! The idea that BK would ever allow and approve this type of advertising for kids meals and their restaurants is degrading, very sexual, and something that kids do not need to see and BK should not be advertising to their young viewers. Showing women shaking their butts around in short shorts with the "king" sitting there stating "now that's a butt" with these women around him while he's pointing, what is that teaching our young kids today? In a time when we need to be teaching our young people about abstinence and respect for women, then BK shows all of this skin and sexual dancing. How are we, as parents, supposed to explain this behaviour to our kids? BK never has good commercials. I remember the commercial where the kid kicked the "king" for having apple fries. That totally showed a lack of respect for parenthood. Maybe BK should fire their advertising team and find a team of parents who have respect and are aware of the stories surrounding today's issues and know what a good commercial should contain. Grow up BK, you don't have to sell sex and disrespect to sell your food!

Very SLOW Drive Thur Service. very unacceptable.

First of all.. When I pull up in drive thru. there was already 2 cars. I waited about 6mins before any cars moved. I got really anxious of how long this was going to take. So I pulled out my phone and started a timer, "after waiting that first 6mins". I wasn't even to the speaker to order. by the time I even got to order my timer reached 8mins. So by now ive been waiting in drive thur for about 14mins. I pull up and the guy in the car in front of me was freaking out.. "like seriously these people are slow!"

By this point I was getting pretty fed up with this s***.. the guy behind me was honking his horn and yelling. Then a 5 more minutes went by and I was able to get my food. Transaction with my debit card was fast, the lady was rude. she opened the window and said, "here is your food" Then she shut the window.
So all said and done... my whole drive thur experience was about 20mins.. which is Horrible.
I worked at McDonald's for 6years at a point of my life. 20mins is VERY VERY unacceptable fro a drive thur time. also this isnt my first Lebanon Burger King "bad experience" Ive had MANY... Im to the point now that I have to say Something.

Lebanon, Oregon BURGER KING really NEEDS New Management. and the know how to Satisfy it Costumers.

Knowing that this Burger King (#09727) had extremely poor service, I willingly decided to give it one more try because of my grandchildren's request. After ordering and standing at the counter for approximately 15 minutes waiting for my order, I asked how much longer. The cooks had not started filling this order. I waited ten more minutes and the chicken fry orders were incomplete with a promise from the kitchen staff that the remainder of the fries would be coming. That did not happen. The noise and yelling behind the counter by the employees was unbearably loud. Drive in orders were completed much faster than dine in orders with no apologies or explanations. This Burger King in South Louisiana is one of the most disorganized and poorly run establishment I have ever been to.

What a shame!

I was at the burger king on airport road in Hartford ct and that store is brand new nasty and discussing place I've ever been in, not to mention the nasty attitude that you get from the employee's they have mice from all the garbage in the back. someone should go investagate one of the employee's to a video don't you think the public should know what cross contamination they are dealing with the health department should be called and the so called general manager was contacted and she did nothing WHAT A JOKE

I went to the Burger King drive-thru On Tuesday evening. I have not been there for a while because they mess up my order a lot. I ordered a BK broiler with no bun on the menu screen it showed up plain I explained I did not want plain just no bun. The order taker said that is just how it rings up so I get my order and go home well there it was a piece if reheated rubber chicken between a huge ciabatta bun. I will not be going back.

I was disturbed to see BK using the Mexican flag in a disrespectful manner in a recent commercial promoting one of its latest products. This commercial follows a long line of questionable ads including -- most recently -- one that sexualizes the cartoon character Sponge Bob. I get the attempt at young-adult-male irreverence, but I'm one of them and I don't find any of it funny. As a result, I've long refused to eat BK's subpar food. There's a way to be funny to my demographic without being offensive or tasteless.

Dear americans at Burger King,

In case you have not noticed yet, Romania is a country in Europe and also a member of the European Union. On what statements are you denigrating a whole nation because you took some old people from the country to do your ### Whopper Virgins campaign? Your think your peasants know how to eat a hamburger? Think again. Maybe you should search youtube for a video called A WORLD WITHOUT ROMANIA, before trying to impress anyone with your campaign. Also you should document yourselves first before criticizing. You know, we, in Romania, have electricity and internet, and we do look like humans. Glad you decided to open Burger King restaurants in a country where people DO NOT know how to eat a hamburger, as you state. See if you can build a new hamburger for us, one that we know how to eat.

I am outraged by the Burger King's, Sponge Bob "Big Butt" commercial.
It is overtly demeaning to all viewers.

The other commercial of the Burger King with his deranged-looking, frozen smile climbing through a little boy's bedroom window with his offer of a tray of goodies is covertly suggestive.

Burger King and Spong Bob are appealing to children to buy their goods through these commercials. These children are innocents. Let's keep them that way for as long as we can!

There is something diabolical going on in the advertizing departments of these companies.

I have a lot to say about this store. First No one ever washes there hands unless they know someone is watching. They never throw away expired food unless they know someone higher up is coming in. They change dates on all there food to make it seem good. They drop food on the floor and still use it. They never clean the place, again unless someone is there.

I would really recommend no one eating there. This place is so disgusting, the workers are nasty. A bunch of young kids running the place. If you go there at night you will probably find the workers all outside smoking, then of course when they go into make your food No hands get washed. They are rude to the customers, they will make fun of customers while you are standing right there. They have no respect for anyone. This place should be shut down. The only reason they pass their inspections is because they always come suring the day and the managers usually knows when they are coming. All I can say is if you don't want to get sick eat some place else.

I went into burger King for a quick lunch. When I left I realized I forgot my wallet there so I went back. The workers claimed they did not see a wallet. Yet when i was there the first time and the second time there were no customers so it is very obvious who stole it. So I guess one of them will have fun today with the 400 dollars they made off with wich to pay off my tuition at college.

That's a typical car in Wyoming. Junk cars in front of old run down trailers and more junk cars and hunky bimbo guys who do a lot of 420 and walk around with knives strapped to their belts. Its the land of America's new hillbilly. Depressing place full of old junk cars... I hope you don't have to go back.

Secondly, the people who work at Burger King make min wage and don't care about you or your wife and are just trying to earn a living. If you expect employees to greet you with a smile go elsewhere. Places get busy and run behind sometimes, it's nothing to lose your ### about. Just get over it and eat your heart attack special.
