cleanliness, product availability and customer service
I have been to the Seaford, De store. I was shocked at how dirty it was, and that is an understatement. If the board of health were to walk in the doors would be closed. We ordered an item and they were out. We tried twice more with replacemeitem which was also out. The ice cream machine was down as well. We finally got just a burger plane. I had to take it back in 3 times before we finally got it plain nothing but cheese. These things are not a really big deal because we won't go back. Please inspect your store it is filthy.

I purchased a small fry and the new hot and honey spicy chicken sandwich… Got home and opened up my sandwich wrapper and there was no chicken in my sandwich… Normally I would not write a complaint but I do not drive and I'm not able to go back to Burger King… I paid $10.60 for a small fry and for this chicken sandwich and For the sandwich . employee conduct
Sitting down to enjoy breakfast with my father-in-law when woman walks from behind the counter and brings a folded piece of paper up and puts it on the table in front of me. To my shock and all it was her phone number! First off that is very unprofessional and rude considering I'm a married man with a wedding ring on my finger. I will not be back to this establishment and plan on contacting management as I do not feel that behavior is appropriate for anyone in a customer service position! Store #8576. Stopped at Burger King at lunchtime, waited in drivers line for 10 minutes, there were 5 cars in front of me. Tired of waiting in a line that wasn't moving I went inside waited another 10 minutes before being served. I am a regular customer at burger king at 1721 street road bensalem pa 19020; this is not the first it happened it is a third time? I normally come by night time by a drive-thru? Firstly the order taker is so stressed that he cannot take the order properly? I always tell them in my burgers (no bacon, no tomato, no pickles). The point is this how can I trust the order taker and the person making the burger to avoid things I don't want in my burger? Previously also I had thrown twice the whopper and did not ask any refunds? This branch night staff is not paying attention to their job? Just taking the orders very roughly? No customer service at all? I am not a complainer but today I felt like to express all my concerns to you? I am not going to buy from this store? Until someone assures me to have the burger without bacon pieces? It cost me money plus inconvenience from this branch and seriously they don't really care. Kindly do something about this?
