Burger King

My husband and I went to Burger King at 2504 O st Lincoln Ne today for lunch. We ordered at130 water for a half hour as everyone else's food was coming out. So I went to the counter where the manager named Carrie was standing there. I was 2 ft away from her and politely explained we hadn't gotten our order and she snapped at us that it was coming as her and the cashier bickered back and forth cussing under their breath. So we decided to take our money back and leave. I had to get back to work. So I tried to tell Carrie but she just ignored meal I told a cashier to please get her attention and the cashier ignored me also.By this time all the other customers were as shocked as we were at the behavior. Finally she turned found slammed the tray down and walked away. We followed her to the cash drawer where shegaveus a return no apology nothing. I would like to get a reply.
