My wife myself and my two young grandchildren visited a burger king premises in Leeds, address junction 1 retail park on Beeston ring road, we were served at 15:31 according to our reciept and recieved our food at 15:50 at this point when we entered the premises there was six customers waiting, when we ordered our food they put her sweet into the microwave straightaway so by the time she got it it was cold, we told the grandchildren to get a table which then they had to proceed cleaning it as it had not been cleared at this point we were going to tell them to sit elsewhere when we realised that just about every table was full of rubbish the restaurant was absolutely filthy, even when we were waiting for our food the kitchen floor had chips on it where any of the employees could have slipped, anyway getting back to my complaint as we sat down one of the staff proceeded to clean the tables as she did I couldn't believe my eyes first she moved the rubbish from the tables then any food that was left on the tables was washed with a cloth and flicked onto the floor and left, when we finally got our food there was chips missing and then we had to go up and ask for the cups for our soft drinks, I am really dissatisfied with the service and the cleanliness of this establishment and I would like this premises to be checked by your environmental department.

The store number 13346 in Jonesboro, Louisiana. The employees are rude, grumpy, unprofessional, and unconcerned. The employeas always ask you to pull up and it takes them over 15 minutes to get you food and most of the time it is not right or not incomplete. I try to ask for all of my condiments before I pull up or I won't get them at all. If I pull up and ask for condiments then it takes them another 10 minutes to bring it back out, so now my 30 minute lunch break is now 5 minutes. Wow! If your looking for a good diet plan Burger King in Jonesboro, Louisiana will help, just go when you are in a hurry with limited time to eat, you'll never get a chan e to eat. I even ask the drive through attendent if she liked her job because every time I go thruogh the drive through she has an attitude. The nanager there is no better; she told them not to take orders at the window and have the customers come in to place there orders. At 10pm, I had my kids in the car and refused to get out. They would not even come to the window. I had to knock on the window to even be addressed. Then the girl said that her manager said to have every one come in and because the drive through registar was closed. I asked her to write my oder down and cash it out at an opened registar. She seemed to really not comprehend my statement, so I asked to speak to the manager; and she refused to come to the window. After 15 minutes of nonsense, the registar was finally opened and our order was taken. Man, is there anyone out there that still appreciates having a job? Theses people obviously dont care at all. If there were more eating obtions in Jonesboro, I would not go there again! That whole staff is thr TRUE definition of sorriness at it's best.
credit card machine and shake machine
I went in a about a month ago to get a shake and was told that here credit card machine was not working. I said ok and went to the bank down the road from them to get cash. I went today Oct 7 to get a shake for my elderly mother who lives in the nursery home near by. I was told that the shake machine was not working and it would be runny. This Burger King is in a popular area and close to a nursing home. Also while we where there a car drove 3 time through the drive through. I have never completed about about a good company but someone need to look at this location in Sat. Mornings.

On Tuesday ( 03 OCT 17 @ around 15:20 ) I went through the drive through
in the above listed store and ordered a Double Whopper ( Meal ) medium
sized with cheese. The meal cost about 9.33 $, an amount which both
my Wife and I thought was pretty high for a burger, soda & fries. Upon
returning to our home which is about 5 minutes away, I opened my
meal and found a small fry with a single cheeseburger. I ate my meal and
then called the above listed store at 15:58 . I spoke with a person which
identified himself as ( Josh ) [ I am hard of hearing and have a multiple of other handicaps which is obvious by the way a walk ], the Store Manager
apologized for the inconvenience I had experienced. Josh asked me if I
could return that night and pick up the replacement burger. I told him
that I was already home and very tired. The manager said no problem,
just remember his name and I could come in anytime that was convenient
and pick up my missing burger. This phone call lasted 48 seconds . I
returned to this store today at about 19:30. I asked the manager on
duty if She could replace my missing burger. I related the above facts
about why I was entitled to an replacement burger. Her body language
her tone, and even her volume were disrespectful . She said that there
was nothing in her log about me and that she would not replace the
sandwich which I had already paid for. I asked her to contact the store's
Manager in attempt to have his input about her decision . She refused
to call her GM and I left the above BK wondering if I would ever visit
that store again. This store has had some significant service problems
in the past however, I really thought that they had turned the corner
regarding their customer service problems. I have visited this store
twice trying to receive what I had already paid for. I want a call from
this store's GM, and I want a certificate for a replacement Double
Whopper with Cheese Meal . I don't know if I will ever set foot in
this store again. Their customer service failed not only once but
twice, and has really offended this patron.
On a positive note, the single burger I originally received was actually
ketchup only as ordered.

regarding an order and the service received
On October 6, 2017 we went to store #15518, located at the corner of 59th ave. and Camelback Rd in glendale, arizona. The time was 5:50 p.m. we placed order (2 cheeseburger meal, xtra cheeseburger, and 10 piece nugget), got the fountain drink and found a table. We had been sitting at the table for about 5 minutes when we noticed that there were some ladies standing at the counter eating food, we had ordered before them so we were a bit concerned, the continued to stand there eating fries when I stood up and asked who's order is that, the cashier finally checking on the same thing. The women who were there were eating our food. I was angry and so was my husband. My husband demanded that our order be remade since they been standing there eating it. We never heard our number called and we were sitting at the first booth. when they remade our order the asst. manager said she knew what they had been doing and did nothing about it and said all she could do was say she was sorry. We will not be eating at this location again, we were disappointed in the service we received with barely an apology. I believe that if they knew the food was not the customers at the counter then they should have done something about it. Just so you all know, when mcdonald's makes a mistake they apologize and compensate the customer for the inconvenience. It took 15 minutes for our order to be cleared from the board, not fast service as you claim and definitely not customer friendly.
charging sugar tax for product without sugar

Cook County recently started a "Sweet Beverage" Tax. I think it is 0.01/ounce. When ordering I mentioned that I was having Coke Zero (No Sugar), but they still charged me the extra tax of 0.20 X2= 0.40. They said your registers have it automatically included & they could not change it. So if I order Coke Zero or Ice Tea I still get charged? That seems fraudulent to pay a "sugar tax " on a drink without sugar.
theft
I’m sitting here now and wondering why I have to pay for beverages when others simply fill up water cups w/soda. Staff seems to not care and I asked if I can do the same and get my $3 back and am told no. I don’t think it is fair for a family of 4 to order a dollar menu item and one soda and get 4 sodas out of it.
Moral of the story, if you have kids and can’t afford them, come to BK, order $4 in food and steal soda while the rest of us pay for it in the form of higher prices, oh and enjoy the playground and free WiFi. There are also folks in here with their own beverages.
badly managed
Hi. I'm writing to let you know about the Burger King located at 33 Lecount Place, New Rochelle, NY 10801. They have the worst service. On numerous occasions, they have run out of supplies whether it be food items/condiments/cups. They constantly get my order wrong. There are certain food items I would like My Way, as Burger King uses as a catch phrase. I prefer to just order as simple as possible and not make it harder on them. As a customer, why should I order food according to their inabilities? Why should I hope that my order will be processed in less than 30 minutes every time I enter this location? Isn't this supposed to be fast food? I can even complain about their set up. The way the registers are set up and how people line up has been a problem. There have been actual fights between customers. This a great location which could be extremely profitable but not under the current management. They are tarnishing the Burger King brand.

Visited the new location in Mckinney, Texas on 121 last night . It was about 630 and there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. First of all the young man at the counter just looked at us when we came in. He never said Hello or may I help you . He just stood there until we ordered. When the food was ready he just looked at us never said your food is ready or anything. The manager was standing close by and she never spoke as well. When we left nobody said thank you come back and see us or anything. Then the food was not up to standard Burger King . It was super greasy, the lettuce was nasty and there was so much sauce on it hat it made the bun soggy and it pretty much oozed out a all over.

I am not sure of the best contact, so I am sending this to various persons in hopes of reaching the appropriate point of contact in escalating my concerns.
Please see below regarding what transpired at the Burger King located just across the street from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - on the morning of September 27th at [6:30am].

Prior to taking my son to school, we stopped at BK via the drive thru for breakfast. I asked if they offered Steak breakfasts. At this point, the attendant started laughing hysterically over the intercom and screamed out, "Hell no we don't offer no steak!" This was not an unreasonable question considering, many fast food establishments do offer this as an option; e.g. McDonalds. In addition, as a customer and a human being, regardless my question, I deserve the right to be treated with dignity and respect in response to that question. I felt very insulted by the rude and extremely offensive comment and drove up to the window. When I asked for an explanation, the Manager stated, ”Oh that was one of my employees - they didn't know the mic was on". There was no apology or promise of reprimand. Instead, she too was snickering and asked what I wanted to order. I did not feel comfortable ordering. Their antics made me feel as though I could not trust them with my food - so I drove away and picked up breakfast from the Wawa next door instead….which resulted in my being late for work due to the long lines.
I called and spoke with a Representative, at [protected], later that same day [Wednesday, September 27th at 3:45 pm] for about 10 minutes. She took my concerns, name and contact number and advised that I would receive a call back from the General Manager over that location later that day. As of today, October 4th, I have yet to receive a call.
I’d also submitted a complaint to Headquarters on line [on the 274th as well] - to no avail.
I would appreciate a call back to discuss this further. I am very frustrated by the treatment at that BK location and at not receiving assistance with my complaint regarding this very important matter.
order wrong
I ordered at Burger King Burnside Oct. 5, 2017 12:44 pm, Order #73. Ordered onion rings, got fries, ordered a whopper junior and got a whopper, ordered no onions or pickles, got pickles. I have a copy of the receipt but it's a PDF & it won't let me attach a PDF. I would not ordinarily say something, but we there from work about once a week, and this has happened the last few times.
method of payment
I believe it is risky and out of date that it is necessary to hand the cashier my debit card when making a purchase. I ate at a Burger King on September 26, handed the cashier my debit card to pay, and the next day had fraudulent activity on my card. This is very suspicious since this is the only place that I have given my card to a person rather than inserting/swiping it at the many places I have used my card.
I will now choose to dine at places that allow me to insert my card and not hand it to the cashier. Why don't you get up to date and use a payment method like other merchants do that is more secure?
fox news on tvs and rude response
I contacted Burger King to inform them of my displeasure with the only channel on the TVs in all the Burger Kings in the Philadelphia PA metro area which are owned by U.S. Restaurants (Fox News). I asked for a call back, and when I spoke to the representative from US Restaurants, she told me they CAN'T change the channel. When I said cable providers allow you to change channels - no response. When I said CAN'T and WON'T are not the same. She told me "thousands and thousands of customers don't complain and they won't change the channel." I informed her that I have heard many customers complain about this being the only channel to watch and find it offensive. She then told me I could sit in the restaurant where I can't see the TV. I informed here that I WILL NOT be eating at Burger Kings owned by U.S. Restaurants and that my money is good at ANY RESTAURANT. Don't eat here - they are extremely rude and NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED. I think BK Corporation needs to visit US Restaurants and review CUSTOMER SERVICE and their attitude towards BK customers.

10/04/17 I ate lunch with three other people. We all had the Whopper. All of our sandwiches were bitter. I thought it was the lettuce, another thought it was a rotten tomato and the other 2 people thought it was the pickles. My one friend complained and the lady just said she would talk to the food prep employee in the morning. I couldn't even eat 1/2 of my sandwich. The both we sat in you could not even slide into. It was so gummy from being cleaned with a dirty cloth I am assuming. This is the Huntington, IN. 46750 Burger King. I will never go back there for sandwiches only for drinks and ice cream. order correction
Well I am a loyal BK consumer I think I gave BK t he idea of Whoppers in the morning. I work at night and I asked for a burger one morning and it was wonderful. But my problem is the last few visits my order was wrong so I called to get a correction. But this last time the statement was made "The next time you need to check your order before you leave cause we will not fix the next one." That made me mad and when I got home I told my wife I will not go to BK again. We normally eat there 2 or 3 time a week

I am a pretty big burger king fan and in fact I don't feel I have traveled unless I eat at one. Anyway I went into the Loomis Ca unit 9937 and ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich at 12:53. I received the sandwich at 1:17, luckily I wasn't in a hurry and just decided to watch the poor crew suffer. I had decided not to use the drive up and walked in. Actually got my order in pretty quick but I could tell pretty quickly that the operation was not going smoothly. Customers from the drive thru that were waiting for the food to be delivered to them in the parking lot (I guess they were being sent around to not block the next car while waiting for the food) had to come in to get their food. I think the poor lady handled the customers frustrations very politely, but either the food was coming out very slowly and or she had a difficult time doing both jobs at the same time. I suspected that both problems were occurring. The lady at the car window was moving much quicker but since the food wasn't there the register woman inside was probably overwhelmed. Anyway I think though she was painfully not a "fast food person" she handled the customers politely. When I got my food which was to go, I ate it immediately in the car and it was almost cold, which of course is a bit disappointing.
The other comment I would have is when I went to WWW.mybkepericence.com it said to put in the code at the bottom of my receipt, there is nothing there except the date and time and T+0il I=1 C=300 and that didn't work since there were 4 spots for the code.
I am really not interested in a free whopper or whatever, but I think that if I owned this location I could probably increase business by at least 30% by just being there and working with the crew to create a flow and teach systems and productivity. Not sure if this is a company location or franchise, but in my past life I used to work in coffee shops and understand that today is harder to get great people, but was it the people or the system or both?

At 11:40 a.m. Burger King on 6th in Lawrence Kansas was out of nuggets and chicken fries. Manager constantly yelling at staff. Even complaining about her boss. One staff member complaining about being in window without being trained for register. Manager even uttered the S word which is not appealing while eating. The TV was only playing a commercial for Dish network. Terrible experience.
extremely slow and unprofessional service
I went through the Burger King drive thru at Columbus and 22nd in Tucson on Sept 30th and placed an order for cheesy tots and chicken tenders. After paying, I was told to pull ahead and someone would bring my order out. I waited a good 10 minutes (with another car pulled up behind me also waiting for food) before finally going inside to find out what the hold up was. There was another customer at the counter having a conflict with one of the employees in regards to service. I finally asked for a refund as I needed to be somewhere - by then nearly a half hour had passed. As the manager was trying to figure out how to give me the refund, my order finally popped up so rather than stick around any longer while they tried to give me the refund, I opted to take the food. However, the service was incredibly slow and the employees not at all apologetic or friendly. When I asked for a name to reference to file a complaint, I was told to use Chance's name. Very unprofessional and EXTREMELY SLOW!
time to get our food
Weekend of 1 October we were taking our grandkids back to Fargo nd and stopped at burger King in Hillsboro nd for lunch we went in to order and eat inside for a break. We waited for our food for 18 minutes at a fast food resturant..no good the grandkids were hungry and me also. It was not just us waiting drive thru had 2 cars waiting in the side of the place. No good. Must say the food was good the wait was long... thanks
breakfast this morning.
I came thru the drive thru this morning around 9:30 -9:40 ish this morning. The customer service was horrible, the hispanic lady failed to give me the correct flavor of jelly i asked for. Slammed the window in my face as i was askn for some zesty sauce. I asked them specifically for fresh food, bt yet my hashbrown peices were soft and luke warm and my fully loaded crossant sandwhices i could tell were just microwaved because my bread was chewy and warm for about 2 minutes then instantly hard. I know thus was unacceptional because i to have worked at burger king so i know how the food and performance should be. I am very upset about these actions and i hope this isnt the way your store is being ran and i would like for something to be done about this.please and thank you
