Buffalo Wild Wings wings, service, management

I ordered wings online last night, realizing would be busy for the special. According to the website, my wings were done, walked in to a crowd at the to go area. I waited for 14 minutes before anyone would even speak to me. The young girl at the counter went to check on my food, came back and started taking to go orders on the phone. Waited 5 more minutes and a manager appeared, who then went to look for my food as well, he never came back. 5 additional minutes later, a girl that just kept t walking around, asked what I needed and went to check. She said someone was begging it, would be right up. 5 additional minutes later someone brought out my food. I would have just left, but I paid online already. I got home, was supposed to have approximately 18 wings, I recieved 9! Really? I waited that long and the young people working that were overwhelmed and the "manager" helped and I was shorted 50%! This is not acceptable! i called to speak to a manager and was told that was not possible. I called back an hour later to speak worh a manager and got hung up on. If the store can only hire young kids that have no clue what is going on or is not equipped for the special, maybe they shouldn't do it. I would like my issue resolved. I took pictures!

Buffalo Wild Wings the bartender

Hello I asked the bartender Justin to give me a box to go and put my food in it, I left it on the counter for about 2 mins I had to go use the restroom and I put it to the side on the counter it was not busy and I came back and the bartender threw my food away, he was not rude or anything however I paid for my food and I even asked for a box to go and put my food in the box to come back from the restroom to him throwing it away upset me and all he said was I threw it away sorry, im not happy about this because he didn't even offer to have another meal come so I just left

Buffalo Wild Wings discrimination/ horrible customer service

My name is Arrie Alberty .I am a black male and I am filing a complaint about a employee /waitress. I am a huge customer and fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, and I came to this location to celebrate my birthday . Me and my friend Donny Harrison dined in at Buffalo Wild Wings . We arrived around 6pm at 1801 W pierce St Carlsbad NM 88220. The employees name is Valarie, She is a mexican lady . We asked her 2 times for a menu, whcih she never gave us one . it was brought to us by another employee/ waitress.
She was very rude and disrespectul . She did not once ask us did we need anything !When we ask for a "beer, and 2 to go boxes " . She threw them on the table and walked off ! We waited long periods of time to be served, when we finally did get served it came with a nasty attitude.
She served the Mexican people" directly "behind us and "directly" in front of us with a smile and constantly asked them if they needed anything else and were they satisfied ! I contacted the "Manager Jordan" by phone 30 minutes later after we left. She said she was the manager on duty and that she talked to Valerie about her attitude, while me and Donny were there eating, but Valerie continued to be very rude and disrespectful . We feel totally disrespeceted and racaially discriminated against . I feel like we should be treated fairly just like anyone else that was there to eat and enjoy themselves .I am dressed in shorts and blue Jacket, Donny is in a Gray shirt and gray shorts /'2black males". I strongly encourage whoever is assigned to this situaton to look at the video footage from today incident 8/13/2019. Around 6pm.

Buffalo Wild Wings rude service table 335/1 6:11 pm 8/13/2019

My server was hostile when she came to my table. I inquired about the Tuesday wing special. Server Kelsey curtly replied that it was the same as every other Tuesday night. I thought it was a reasonable question; and I deserve a polite response.

Later I ordered wings and Kelsey took my order at warp speed, making it evident that she didn't care what I wanted and that I was imposing on her time by trying to order food. She spent an additional 15 seconds at my table during the rest of my visit.

I don't know this person; but she doesnt need to be representing your company with such a hostile attitude. I considered that she was going to challenge me to a fight. She should be assigned to a station far away from customers

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

We stopped by Buffalo wild wings today 8/11 and ordered food. Our waitress took her time to get to our table, then once she gets to our table she acted like we were disturbing her. She did take our order, while taking it she's rudely said go ahead. There were not many tables maybe one other. And evetytime we asked for something she had the now what do you want attitude. We are very disappointed by her behavior.

Buffalo Wild Wings wings

My family and I dined lat Tuesday at your Maumee location, after finishing our meals, we asked the server for take away boxes for our leftovers.
To my surprise, she informed me they weren't allowed to give take away boxes because it is a bogo night.
Your new policy will cost your company many loyal customers, I will not frequent your restaurants ever again.
If I pay for my food, and I can't finish it, . I expect to be able to take it with me.
I have been a loyal customer of bw3 for many years,
I thought you needed to know about this horrible experience.

Buffalo Wild Wings pickup order

When I arrived I was greeted by a very bland employee. He talked so low and lazily I had to literally reach my head over the counter to hear him then got frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself several times. I got my food and my potato wedges were missing. I was very polite the entire time. He did not apologize when I had to wait almost 10 minutes. He showed me my food and also forgot my quest sauce that I paid for. I'll definitely never go back to that location based on that one employee. What incredibly garbage service.

Buffalo Wild Wings bartender

The bartender, did not want to serve me what I wanted . She kept on telling me it's not on the menu.. all I wanted was a michelada, with modelo beer, she kept saying it's not on the menu.. her boyfriend was there and that's what started the problem... after her boyfriend was trying to start a fight, the bartender would not serve me what I wanted with the manager there too... so I guess I will not be going to that location at all .. and I was going to it once a week... it happened August 1, 2019

Buffalo Wild Wings management

The kitchen had 45+ minute tickets last night. There was a new server who had trained for 3 days that was placed on the floor as a closer during a very busy time as we were offering free snack size wings. Instead of the only manager on duty coming and helping either the servers or the kitchen (as he is the kitchen manager), he instead took it upon himself to pressure wash the road, mop buckets, a ladder, and other various things for hours last night instead of helping out. This went on until around 11-12 last night. The new server was scared to ask him for anymore help because he was annoyed with her and she may not come back for another shift which is extremely unfortunate. Buffalo Wild Wings loud music

Hello,

While on vacation visiting your BWW in Honolulu, my husband and I noticed the music was louder than I remember (it had been a couple of years). It was so loud we had to shout to each other for a simple conversation. We sitting 2 feet from each other and weren't sitting near a speaker. I thought this was unusual as I don't remember it being THIS loud. So we arrived back home and went to the BWW in Federal Way, Washington. Again, same thing. So loud we couldn't hear each other talk. So, unfortunately we left before ordering.

I talked with a gal I know from that works at our local bank. She also works at one of your restaurants in Puyallup, WA. She explained they are all like that! She told me it's a corporate thing and it can't be changed. She also confided in me, and let me know it's difficult for her to hear her customers when they are ordering.

I'm sure you all want the best experience for your customers so they will keep coming back. If the music is so loud you can't be social, or so loud the server can't hear the order correctly, wouldn't it make sense to lower the volume?

Thank you for listening and I hope to visit your restaurant again when they can fix this issue.

Buffalo Wild Wings wing special on tuesdays

My coworkers and I go almost every Tuesday for wings n other food n drinks. Last week we were informed of new special bogo...no problem! Then we were told no well done wings were allowed for special no exceptions! We order this because there has been several times we've ordered n wings not done! Talked to manager she said corporate policy because if they are busy they don't have time for that. We go after work 2:30ish anywhere from 2-8 ppl. There is rarely more than 10 ppl in there at this time even when college is in session. Needless to say no one ordered anything even ppl not getting wings. At the time there were only 2 other customers! We spend anywhere from $50 plus on slow Tuesday afternoon...thought they would appreciate regular customer business. Now we will probably find somewhere else to go.

Buffalo Wild Wings poor customer service

Ordered $40 worth of food along with water to drink.
Server (fellow) took order, someone else delivered.
Not once did the server return to our table to check on us. No refills, no check on our food, nothing!
When I asked about it upon requesting the bill, he smiled that he was over assigned with responsibilities. He had looked our way and my glass was empty but he never lifted a finger. He did replenish the table next us with second mixed drinks.
When I gave him my payment with the lengthy bill, he tore the survey code off and apparently his name from the bill. Yep, he tore off the survey information so he would not be complained about. How underhanded.
Apparently, if BWWs hires people with this lack of character, you can only imagine what sanitation they allow in the kitchen. Yuck! I will not return.
Rule of Eleven will prevail. On average, a person that experiences a bad event will tell eleven people. Steer clear of BWW.

Buffalo Wild Wings poor service

I visited BWW on July 13th and this was the worst customer service I've ever received. No greeting whenever we walked in. We waited patiently for sitting even though it didn't seem to be busy. After the host seated us neither a waiter/waitress came to the table. We sat for 20-30 before we became annoyed. I began looking around for help and over heard two employees going back and forth about who's turn/table it was. Finally the waiter "Tim" came over to help and took our drink orders. We asked him if we could go ahead and place food orders as well and he stated "I'm trying to get out of here" and asked if he could just bring the drinks. He informed us we would have another waiter by the name Ashley (whom was really great). Finally we placed orders and the food came out incorrectly and cold. Also Tim brought the food out who earlier stated his shift was over. This experience was embarrassing and horrible. We paid over $100 for everything. I will never enter this Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Went in for lunch, 12:30pm, Friday, July 12. One server available at lunch hour.
Waited 20 minutes with no one coming to our table. Went to the bar to see if the bartender could help. They took our drink order, but said we would need the server to talk our food order. Waited another 15 mintues before server arrived. Said that they were short staff today and wait would be a while. Really! No "sorry for the wait", or "sorry we are short staffed, but will get your order in quickly". Our office is located about a block away and we frequent this BWW often, especially as a group after work hours. Never experienced this. Had a hostess at the front who told us to seat yourself anywhere, which was fine, but why could she have not jumped in to help with taking orders.

They were short-staffed, i.e. short on cooks and possibly servers. Having the hostess jump in to take orders is not going to make an overwhelmed and understaffed kitchen perform any better.

Buffalo Wild Wings poor service

I apologize. I have my receipts at home and can provide them if needed.

I was in the Buffalo Wild Wings on Friday June 28th with my son, cousin and 2 granddaughters. When we arrived there was no host so we sat at a high table booth. Then a server told us to come back to the host stand and tried to sit us at a table on the other side and we clearly stated we wanted a booth, so he left the menus on the table and said "sit over there" which was a handicap booth. But in the mean time sat someone in the section by the high top booth we wanted to sit at. So we sit there and it took almost 10 minutes to get a server. There were only 2 servers working and it went down hill from there. She took forever to get out drink orders, messed up my 9yr old granddaughters order. Who gives a kid HOT BBQ wings? Took forever to get order drinks from the bar, food was not as we explained.

This was one of the worst experiences EVER. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but Im second guessing it lately.

Buffalo Wild Wings hostile environment

been at this location for about 90 days ...working doing my job have notice the management being disrepectful..be outside 15-20 minutes at at smoking cigurattes and weed...and fowl mouths..cursing I am getting into the ministry ..makes me feel uncomfortable...walked out on last shift...was schedule on today ...felt like if i was to go back would not be the same ...manager on last shift came yelling at me was only off the line about 5 mins. taking out trash...i do not smoke...

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Once again Buffalo Wild Wings has not failed to disappoint me. I walked in to get an order to go but the card reader failed at the register so the waitress directed me to another register, the card reader also failed there. The manager or assistant manager came over, ignored me completely other than to say "can you take your card out" and then proceeded to reset the card reader. Never once even acknowledging my presence, saying excuse me or sorry for the inconvenience. Yet he managed to talk to and laugh with the girls that were at the cash register, the waitress was fine, the manager however simply ignored my presence because he was too busily engaged with the attractive waitresses. this is not the first time that I have had issues with service at Buffalo Wild Wings and I've offered a complaint once before I'm not interested in receiving certificates for discounts I simply will not be back to any buffalo wild wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings beer on the patio..

Sunday 6/30/19 My girlfriend and I stopped at the Austintown Ohio location during a festival that was going on in the parking lot. We wanted to sit on the patio to listen to the live music outside, but couldn't even hear it over the loud music the restaurant was playing, no big deal all we wanted was 2 draft beers. The wording on the menu is so small you need a damn telescoped to read it so that sucked since we didn't bring our glasses (we are both in our mid 50's) but we managed to get through that obstacle. The waitress came out and we ordered two beers, she proceed to tell us we could not have beer on the patio unless we used a credit card or had an ID on us (we were only carrying cash on us & our ID's were in our car all the way across the parking lot) or we would have to go inside to order beer and drink them there. I told her that was complete [censored] & she said she would ask her manager if it was OK for us to have beer on the patio, I said this place can f**k off and we walked out never to ever return again, totally unacceptable! You just lost a customer for life because of this stupid policy!

Buffalo Wild Wings the whole business model

I have been going to Buffalo wild wings for a long time, and i have to say in the last couple months have been the worst ever " and we go once a week" we order wings now and they come out all on one stupid metal try thats not even clean, what happened to the little card board trays? Then after eating wings i have sticky nasty hands and no wet wipes just napkins that stick to your face and hands! My wife and i walk in all the time and have to stand at the front and wait because there is no hostess and everyone else just looks at you... and we seat our selves then wait some more. I think you are going the wrong way, we are about done with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings a fat or chubby white girl was being racist!

I think this fat-[censored]ing white girl who is a employee was being racist or suspicious towards me at buffalo wild wings... I was ordering 10 wings total, 5 buffalo flavored and 5 mild wings. This one hispanic employee got the order wrong by 10 buffalo wings so she went back to change the order to 5 mild wings and 5 buffalo at the back, I didn't went at the back exact, but close to the back to get my order fast between the doorway and entrance while she's front of me at the server and cook line, than the fat-[censored]ing white girl came behind me and ask me "sir, can you step back please?" I decided to step, because I don't want no trouble, but she treat me with false respect and talked to me like I am stupid or suspicious... I wasn't exactly at the back, but close by it...
