Buffalo Wild Wings review: Wait time

After waiting for over an hour for a party of 7 to be seated, the server takes our order for drinks and then tells us it will be another hour or more until our food arrives. Why did they not give that information when we put our name on list to be seated. We obviously would have gone somewhere else! Poor customer service! We walked out. Apparently, there was a buy one wing, get one free promo going on and that is why they were busy. That's ok, but either have enough staff on hand to deal with promotion or/and be honest at the door with people on the actual wait time.
