Buffalo Wild Wings review: manager lacks professionalism

During a recent visit to bw3's the waiter and my party had a miscommunication concerning the type and quantity of drinks that were ordered. Although I do not believe that is was a mistake on us, I would agree that there definitley was a breakdown in communication. However, that is what managers are, right? Well, not according to the manager at bw3's. Not only was he not helpful, he was totally unprofessional, rude and down right aweful. Yes, im talking about the manager. None the less, I will never patron that place again! Sad!... Mjg
