I was contacted by a manager from BWW in Bloomington, Ill. I applied for the job and we agreed to meet on Friday at 2pm. I showed up at 1:30pm and asked the staff to meet with the manager about my interview. The staff were happy to see me there for an interview because he stated that they needed to hire workers.and were shorthanded He also said it was crazy but glad I'm there. Somehow, he said the manager wont be there at 5pm.. I was like huh, I never got a call or any message that he wont be there at 2. I was really desperate to get a job and then a "no cal and no show".. I'm quite furious waste of my time effort. To me, is disrespectful and make your company look bad. I was really disappointed and before I left, the two workers were really upset.. I couldn't come back at 5pm because I'm a single dad and with two kids. Few days later, still no call from the manager or anything. It shows he doesn't care. I've worked for BWW for at lease 10 years in another state and this one just left me speechless.
Desired outcome: My goal was to get a job and support my kids...
