Buffalo Wild Wings review: Food quality and carryout service

29287 Mound Rd Warren, Michigan restaurant.

This store never answer phone, wings are well over cooked, very hard and crunchy.
Pick-up service is very poor! Waiting for orders, poor service, order is incorrect.
I spoke with manager after opening my order, before leaving restaurant, showed him what I ordered on the bill and what I received, and how poor the food looked. I had waited 45 minutes in carryout to get 1 sandwich, that I called in ahead of time. The manager said, he could make me a new sandwich.
I told him, I was not going to wait another45 minutes, I told him I would not be back!

Answers the phone, quality of food is good. Service is good.

Please do something with the Mound store!
Definitely giving Buffalo Wild Wings a bad name in our city!
I am not a person that usually writes a review like this, but something needs to be done!
