While negotiating with CARIN in chat about how the guns I ordered less than 24 hours earlier dropped in price by almost $100, I requested customer satisfaction and be given the current sales price. I was told that wasn't possible. I wax told if I canceled a 15% fee would be charged for the cancelation. I suggested that my bank could stop payment. At that point and without my agreement, CARIN canceled my order and closed the chat session.
I am (or was) a repeat customer of BUDS. Now BUDS has my money, and CARIN closes all correspondence without providing any status. No contact with customer service is possible.
Claimed loss: $878.97
Desired outcome: Either honor Order #6021780 and ship the pistols or refund $878.98 because I did not request a cancelation. Also, CARIN be disciplined for belligerent behavior towards customers
