I spent ovr $400 with them and got the rong product. I tried to fix it but they just sent me the rong part again. I tried to call and email but no response. I read other reviews and it seems like this happens a lot. I would stay away from this company.

I made an order on April 1st from Sovereign Guns for $367. I got a confirmation email, which was good. The website and email said it would take 10-14 days, but I've been trying to email and call the company with no luck. They won't respond or give me a refund. I haven't heard anything from them except for the order confirmation. If I don't get any communication about shipping within 5 business days, I want my money back.

I ordered a Rock Slide USA Complete Upper for Glock 26 GEN3/4 and some magazines from Sovereign Guns on May 2nd. I paid them a total of $475.90. They said it would take 10-14 business days for shipping in an email. However, I still haven't received my order. I've sent them 4 emails asking for a tracking number or a refund, but they haven't responded.

I bought stuff online on 6/29 and haven't heard anything from them. I got 3 glock 26 slides from their gunbroker store. It's 7/20 now and I still haven't gotten my order or any updates. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried calling their number, but they never pick up. I just want my stuff or my money back.

On 7/23, I bought 6 glock 22 magazines from sovereign arms on gunbroker. I paid $101.59 for them. They got the payment. I've called and emailed them many times, but they haven't responded. Their customer service is really bad. I want them to either get in touch with me or give me a complete refund.

I bought a slide from *** but didn't get what I ordered. I got a Rock Slide USA Complete G17 Gen3 Slide New Tung from *** on August 1st. They said it would ship in 10 days. They charged my credit card on August 3rd, but I haven't gotten any shipping details. I tried calling, but their voicemail says they're not answering anymore. I sent them several emails, but they haven't replied.

On 3/26, I bought a "Rock Slide USA 40Cal Glock 23 GEN-3 RMR Tung SS TH" from ***. They had more than 100 of them in stock. I paid right away that evening. But I never got a tracking number from the store. I tried contacting them many times through emails and phone calls, but they didn't answer. Finally, on 4/1, they emailed me back once and said the item would ship in 14 business days. After those 14 business days passed, I tried reaching out to them again, but they've been ignoring all my emails and phone calls.

I tried to call Sovereign Guns, but their phone is disconnected. Now they're not responding to my emails either, even though I'm demanding the Glock21 slide that I purchased. I received the slide in a timely manner, but when I wanted to exchange it for a different model, they didn't give me a clear response about returning the new slide. After I mentioned that I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com if they didn't respond, they finally answered, but now they're not responding at all. I'm seeking help from the ComplaintsBoard.com and making my complaint public until it gets resolved.

On 4/12, I ordered a Glock 17 complete slide assembly from Sovereign Guns and some other parts in a package. I paid for priority shipping and some other applicable fees for a total of $573.72. They charged my card right away. A few days later, I emailed the company to ask why I hadn't received any updates or a tracking number. They replied once, saying it would be shipped within 14 days. I sent another email to check the status since 14 days had already passed. No response. I sent another email, this time requesting a refund of the full amount charged. It's been way past what they told me, and it's definitely not priority shipping.

On 4/8, I ordered a slide and barrel complete kit for a glock 19 from Sovereign Guns. They confirmed my order on 4/9. They told me there would be a 10-14 day delay in shipping the part. I called them on 4/20 to ask for a shipping/tracking number, and they said they had up to 14 days to ship my order. I didn't mind waiting, so I waited another ten days to get a tracking number. But by 4/30, I still hadn't received a tracking number, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone at the company. My order number is #***. The total cost of my order, including $6.95, is $356.90. They charged my credit card and took the money on 4/8.

I ordered from *** and got a product that ain't even close to what I ordered. Can't even reach the seller! No response at all! On 7/23, I bought a Glock 21 Slide, RMR Viper Cut Rockslide USA, from Sovereign Guns on ***. But on 7/27, I got a slide that ain't got no RMR or Viper Cut. It's totally different from what I ordered. I sent an email to the seller right away on 7/27, but they didn't bother to reply. To speed things up, I tried calling the seller multiple times on 7/28, but no luck. They didn't respond to my email either. I even tried contacting them through https://sovereignguns.com/ "Contact us" but got no response. I sent another email to get their attention, but still no luck. I've sent more emails and tried calling, but no success. I need help! I want this issue fixed ASAP because it's a major mistake on their part. I'll attach pictures of what they sent me and what I actually ordered.

They have not replied back to my emails and calls for a whole month never sent me a tracking number for my item. Returned an item via mail for a refund. Post office confirmed delivery based off of tracking number. They did not refund the money. Purchased a pistol slide in 3. Requested via email to return the slide. After a few weeks company responded telling me to mail the slide back. Slide was mailed back on 5/1. Package was delivered on 5/4 and signed for by an "A MAS" according to post office tracking number. Company has since refused to refund the money, despite receiving the returned slide. Throughout the process company has not answered their listed telephone number. Automated message tells customers to send the company an email. The company has not responded to any emails I have sent since 5.

I never received the refund that I was owed. The customer service is terrible I sent 3 emails over a 3 week period and never even received a response. I purchased a part on March 8th. The part did not fit. I was able to reach customer service via phone and a man I spoke with told me to ship the product back with a note inside detailing my order and refund price. I did as was asked. 3 weeks after I emailed them for the first time after trying to call and learning they were only taking emails. No response. I never received a single response to any of my emails. The last email I sent was June 16th. Still no response. I paid $56.29 on March 8th. I shipped the product back and they had received it by April 15th. I paid using my Citi Visa card ending in ***.
