British Petroleum - funding my account.

I've added two separate 25$ gift cards on my account and it says cards received so I cannot resubmit them BUT I for some reason don't have 50$ in my available funds so being we have to pay to post or repost I haven't been able to do either and it's becoming quite an inconvenience especially because it's been four days so I missed the whole weekend ... I've tried contacting via the contact email provided on the website but no help or even reply which is also frustrating !

This is a nice looking BP station on the corner of Grand and Jackson in Waukegan. It is most unpleasant to use under the best of times. I will never return other than to monitor their progress or demise. The disrespect I have witnessed is straight out of the third world. British Petroleum - everything about the place

Didn't advertise that price of gas was higher for credit.
Women's bathroom was FILTHY. ONE of the stalls has a hole in the wall that was backed by the men's bathroom. Absolute filth!
The store itself was in complete disarray. Products sitting around is shrink wrap while a Latino man was just sitting doing nothing behind the counter.
The men's bathroom had been updated with new tile.

on 02-08-2017 someone used my card that I had lost for a couple days and it showed up at work then on 02-08-17 I noticed a charge for 171.00 from the netherlands that contained body vitamins which I would never pay that much for the sent from 60549 Frankfurt am Main germainy shipment awe9980000005864 and the barcode rx655492323de. British Petroleum - defective gift card

Some time ago I received a $50.00 BP Gift Card from my daughter. I recently removed it from the card board protective packaging. I went to use it at a BP gas puimp and the pump read "see attendant inside" I did and he said there was zero balance on the card. I said that was impossible as I just removed from the packaging. I feel I have been ripped off and scammed by BP. I just want my money back

British Petroleum - purchase of gas

I pulled into get gas at Burnside Bp 8101 South Hwy 27 Burnside Ky 42519. Date9/29/19 time 12:30pm cashier Yogesh. When I stop to get gas selling price on sign stated $199.9 a gal. Tried to pay with my bank card, it asked for zip code tried more than once to get it to enter correct. So I walked inside to pay for a twenty dollars purchase. The attendant Yogesh started programing the machine to increases the gas price. At the time I did not know that is what he was up to. So when I went to pump my gas that is when I saw that he had increased the price per gal to $209.9 a gal. I went back inside told him that I wanted my money back . He knew he was price gouging. Stop a the next station, purchased for $199.9. He needs to be fired.

Please have the store manager at the BP location of 378 & Hwy 20 in Lexington SC (her name is Cheryl) stop having her boyfriend in the store all day every day. Not only is this creeper getting free stuff all the time but he lurks all day, has no car, no job & is a total slob. Clerk didn't give me the proper change back. When I confronted the clerk she got the manager by my request however the manager PAM was so nasty. She refuse to help me at all. She even was yelling and saying good/bye when everything was on the receipt. This business get away with rudeness because they are privately owned just nasty!

British Petroleum - will not cover warranty

Same complaint as others... Bp shingles do not live up to their warranty... Have been fighting for our warranty since july 2014, and found out today that they will not cover our warranty as we did not replace our garage roof shingles with the same product... Dah... Why would we replace 25 year warranty shingles from bp that only lasted 11 years with the same #-for-shingles... That is just stupid.. So I am going to take action... British Petroleum - discrimination/rudeness

My son who is a 21 year old union laborer went into this station to cash his check after work. He is a clean cut, clean shaven young man and had proper ID with his address matching the address on his check. The Middle Eastern man in the store told my son he could not cash his check and when my son asked why he was told "you look like trash"

British Petroleum - defective bp organic shingles

There is a class action lawsuit but BP has no intention of reimbursing the clients. No matter how many photos you send, and the shingles are clearly lifting and not even 1/2 way through their 25 year warranty, BP will find an excuse not to reimburse me. It is now going to a third party/dispute/tribunal process for them to come out and make a final decision...

Had my in car phone charger stolen so thought I would buy one of those new 8 in 1 multi connections to charge my Nokia phone. British Petroleum - horrible customer service

My complaint is about the BP Gas station on the corner of Metropolitan and Vandervoort Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.

The customer service there today was just horrible. I am a regular customer and usually very familiar and friendly with the staff on the premises. However, earlier this morning I purchased $45 worth of Lotto Tickets. I didnt bother to check to make sure the tickets are complete because they are usually very coordinated with everything they do there.

However, upon getting to work and giving the staff the lotto tickets, I realized that I was $5 short of my tickets. I had to go back to inform them that I have missing tickets. Maybe it wasnt printed out with the rest. Maybe it was trashed by mistake because I was also never given the lotto receipt of my purchase. Maybe the guy just didnt print it. They werent trying to help me figure these problems effectively.

One of the guys on staff said he will go and check the camera. But what does the camera reveal besides showing he gave me tickets? It doesnt show the qty of tickets given or the exact amount of tickets that were printed during my transaction.

During this 10:30am shift, that is when the guy began attacking me saying they are not thieves. I purchased another $5 worth of tickets and told the guys I didnt want to talk about it because I was upset and didnt want anything to escalate. However, your BP worker continued to scream at me and embarrass me within the store. He kept screaming at me saying they dont have my tickets and they are not thieves instead of trying to figure out how the $5 worth of tickets can be missing.

The other worker there told him to just forget about seeing that I wasnt trying to escalate a fight, but that particular worker wanted to antagonize me. When I told him I didnt want to hear it or talk about it anymore, he screamed at me stating, "Well I am still talking!" Although I wanted to just grab all the gum & candy on the counter to slap him with it, that is when I called him an ### and walked out of your store!

I have never been soo humiliated in my life! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in retail or anywhere else to be precise! If this is how your representatives are trained, many of your stations will shut down very easily! There is no customer who deserves to be treated the way I was treated this morning!

I surely hope you appeal to the staff that works at the Metropolitan & Vandervoort BP Gas Station.

OK... Most people check the tickets before they leave.
That said, If they were that rude then I would suggest you never go to them again.
Either way, I find it hard to believe that you did not raise your voice and he just started yelling at you.

Brittney an employee at my local BP, one of which I go to pretty much everyday. Was spreading rumors about my friend and I to the entire neighborhood. Knowing nothing about me, nor my extra cerricular activitys. Along with refusing to sell me anything. I hope my voice is heard & she is fired.

British Petroleum - the entire store workers are thieves

I have been buying 1 Gallon water bottles for the entire summer sometimes 6+ a day for me and my employees for the last 2 years. Today, when I went inside there was a new employee, I took the bottle and he scanned before the other person was asking him not to, When it scanned it was $1.71 per bottle when I paid $2.13 a bottle for over 2 years because they never scanned it. I know its only $0.42 a bottle but the fact that there are theives working there is driving me crazy. I never liked BP after the spill but now theres no way I am ever going back to shop at any BP in my life. If I run out of gas infront of BP I will push my car to another station rather than dealing with thieves. I will tell every customer I have what BP lets its franchisees to do. BP, You should be ashamed of yourself.
