As a frequent customer at this location I have settled with the poor customer service. As I wait in line to pre pay gas because again the reader at the pump didn't work... Two employees are behind the counter I believe her name was alice finally put her phone down and with an attitude approached me and the 3 other people waiting and said "what do you want" I stated pump reader didn't take my card I was told maybe I didn't do it right! Well I said thanks anyway and left. As I was leaving the two girls laughed at me. Its bad enough that the staff are rude, store is a mess and sandi manager blows off complaints! I will give compliment to morning staff jenny is always great! And ronnie (new girl) amazing personality, store is clean and greats everyone. Maybe time to evaluate staff
Desired outcome: for my complaint as well as everyone else to be heard and finally a change!! before you lose more business

That svbh97h77ms with the bpme app. There is no wifi for public use and cell service is poor. When I complained they just laughed. Now I go to the marsthon across the street.
