This company will tell you they have the products that you're looking for, then they will sit on your money and fail to send you anything at all. When you ask them to cancel the order, the oriental based call center associate will tell you that they can no longer process a refund for you, so it has to go through the "back office." When you ask to speak to someone in the "back office," they say that they do not have the direct phone number.

Claimed loss: $64. 17

Desired outcome: I will only accept a full refund for my fictitious order.
