Brake Check

A week ago I set an appointment for brake and rotor service. This morning I show up for my 7:30 appointment the man gave me a different quote and I said no thanks that was to expensive. Then RJ said I can give you the online discount and several other discounts. 10 minutes later he tells me to do a review so he can give me $9 off also. At 9:30 no one was at my vehicle when I asked why I was told the machine broke it will be another hour or so before completion. I get a ride home called back an hour later and was told my vehicle was ready 10 minutes after I left then tells me my total went from $249 to $197 because the 2 in the back wasn't done. When I get there the manager RJ is in the restroom changing into street clothes calls me to the garage with his work clothes in his hand to briefly go over it and says I just don't want to see how the price is there and proceeds to his personal vehicle and I leave as well. My vehicle runs funny. At this point I'm not sure if I want to go back to that location but I need my vehicle checked and the job need to get finished. I would like a call back to handle this issue.
