Bovada review: Customer service

I dont believe after 14 years with this company, and becoming this company highest Loyalty program, I would be treated so rudely by this Host which Bovada has appointed me with (Ray). Ray has shown to be a Liar. Yes no one like being a called a LIAR. But if a Host tell you he call you and you waited several nights until 3 and even 5AM and he never called. Would you call this individual a LIAR ? Anyway, I filed a complaint against Ray after week 1 asking for a new Host. Bovada refused. Ray finally called me and apologized after I filed a complaint against him. But that was it. He since lied 5 times. He lied about my perks. He said on the phone, that I was gonna get new perks, and these perks would better suited for being a Red Room Advantage. He promised a 20% cash back for every deposit lost, once every 24 hours. Example: i deposit 500 and cashed out 500. Then the net is $0.00. But if I deposited 500 cashed out 300 and lost the 200 then I would get 20% of the net which is 200 and it would be $40. but if I deposited 500 and lost it all, I would get 20% of that 500 and its 100. This was just another LIE. Only Ray can do this. None other agents could see his note. Ray also took my bitcoin exclusive away. Ray opted me out. I never opted out because why would I. But that was taken away without my consent and knowing. Anyway, I made a final email last night Aug 13 2026 asking for explanation, and this morning, Bovada demoted me back to Hall of Fame. I became Red Room Hall of fame after 14 years, and in one night, got demoted back to Hall of Fame because I filed many complaints against an individual they are protecting ? Ray should be reviewed...Ray should be monitored...Ray should not discriminates individual like me just because I stand up and called him a LIAR.
