My family and I went to the Swanessy BP for lunch. My wife has very specific dietary requirements which include no sugars or sugar type foods. She order a Salmon Power bowl and asked the the salmon br grilled without any sauces or glazes, and that she have only quino and rice, with cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce only. Nothing else. The server returned with the Power Bowl which included beets (high sugar content) and peppers smotthered in a glaze. She explained to the server that this was not correct and that it needed to be taken back. The servers response was that this was the way the dish was and that my wife would have to except that. When she to have it removed the server said their was not need to get angry and that she shouold calm down. The server then refused to serve us any longer. Fortunately the manager stepped in and corrected the order. But the server went on his merry way as if nothing happened. This server obviously has no people skills and should not be in a public service role. If this is the way Boston Pizza wants its server to treat customers, then we will take our business eslewhere.
