Hi! I have a disappointing complaint regarding Boston pizza of brantford.

I always buy their pizza and leave detailed notes to ensure no issue, and I always will call in and bring the pizza back and show them the mistake to ensure they know I’m not messing them over.

Usually the pizza is not well done or has wrong toppings on it so we simply call in, tell them the issue, bring the pizza with us to show and then get a new pizza. In most cases they’ve even told us to not bring the pizza back and they’ll re make it without looking at it. Out of 7 times we’ve had to bring it in at least 3. And we’ve never complained and instead quietly brought the food and changed it for the one we ordered

This time we asked for no tomatoes and we call in and this new girl manager was speaking very rude with us. We tried to explain to her that this happens a lot and there’s no reason for us to call if it wasn’t messed up as I wouldn’t drive my 80000$ car to Boston pizza for a free 15$ pizza. Especially considering we always bring the food back to show them the mess up.

If a steak isn’t done to a customers preference , they take it back and bring him a new one. And as you know steaks are much more expensive then a 15$ pizza.

I’m guessing once I explained her the situation and told her that she can’t speak like this to customers that pay , she got angry and isn now refusing service. I don’t believe as a manager who has an atittude with her life should be able to tell a paying customer he cannot get food from there.

Every time we’ve called in for a new pizza, it’s because of a mess up and we’ve always brought the other pizza to show. And this time it seems the manager was having a bad day and tried letting it out on me, and that isn’t happening.

I would like this fixed immediately. I eat at Boston pizza once a week and considering she’s refusing me service it’s disgusting.

I’m a paying customer. I tip every time I go there. Sometimes they mess up so we bring it back which is absolutely normal. But for her to do this as a manager and not an owner of the franchise, I feel highly disrespected. I would like this to be followed up on immediately.

I drive 300k in vehicles, I don’t need a free pizza. We always bring the messed up pizza back to show. This is unacceptable from a franchise like Boston pizza. I’m not shopping at little ceasers so I expect more from a franchise like this.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology of some sort from the management of Boston pizza in brantford and to let me buy my pizza as I did before. This is clearly an issue with a manager who thinks she has power over a paying customer.
