Drove 25mins to 5132 broadway,oak,ca Boston market to use email coupon I received for 25% off any family meal. Labor day wk end special from 9/2 to 9/4 .They used code 35001 at bottom of coupon.it didn't come up on their register so they would not honor. I showed the. Coupon on my phone also. Very disappointed & upset since we always go there even when they stopped sending out coupons. My husband is a diabetic & took insulin but we left without buying our dinner. Stopped elsewhere for chicken sandwiches.

Desired outcome: Compensate for our time & no dinner
