Borderfree No contact numbers for customer service

I noticed a charge by Borderfree on my credit card today and have no record or recollection of purchasing anything for the amount on the date listed. I have been trying to reach someone to clarify what the charge is for but have not been able to do so.

I notice the complaints board has indicated that there are several ways to reach them, but I have found none. The customer care email listed on the website returns a message saying the mail there is not monitored. My phone services do not allow me to make long distance calls out of Canada.

I need to resolve my issue through email or chat and can find no way of doing either.

My credit card provider has told me that if I want to contest the charge through them, I will have to do without credit for 7-10 business days, which I cannot manage.

It is an immensely frustrating state of affairs.

Desired outcome: Have someone at Borderfree contact me to tell me what the charge is for and reimburse my credit card in the event I was charged by error.

Borderfree 2 bras from LaneBryant weren't delivered, although they have been on the bill of PayPal and have been payed.

1. 17 Bras have been ordered, only 15 arrived, but I payed all 17 per Paypal

2. another 3 or 4 bras have been ordered before the 17, payed with credit card. But NO delivery and NO e-mail confirmation has arrived yet.

3. It would have been a good customer service if I'd got an information if

a) the rest of the bras are still coming,

b) if not deliverable, I would get my money back.

So I've informed PayPal and also my Credit Card Bank.

Desired outcome: Either the delivery of the bras fom Lane Bryant, soon, or an information, if you can't deliver my things...

Borderfree Didn't receive my project + wrong item

I have placed two orders through borderfree in the past 3 weeks. One from saks fifth, where I received 1 item that was correct and another item that was the completely wrong size. My other order was a ring worth over $1.4k CAD (original price was over $5K CAD - it was on sale) through Saks off fifth. I received an EMPTY BOX! No item inside, no person to contact, difficult to work with the saks off fifth customer service when they don't control the order. Will never be shopping with them again

Borderfree Borderfree.com Review: A Nightmare Shopping Experience for International Orders

This company is the worst! They have completely ruined the shopping experience for me and my daughter. We used to buy a ton of stuff from an online store in the UK, but then they switched to using Borderfree.com for all their international orders. And let me tell you, it's been nothing but trouble ever since.

We've had orders cancelled for no reason, been charged twice for the same order, had payments go missing, items missing from our orders, and parcels not being delivered because they claimed the address was wrong (even though it wasn't). And when we try to get refunds, they're always delayed. We've even received final notice payments when we've already paid, and they threaten to stop us from shopping with any store affiliated with Borderfree if we don't pay up. It's ridiculous! And to top it all off, they take our money twice - once when we place the order, and again when they send it out. And when we complain, they lie and say it's the bank's fault. But we know that's not true because we've seen the money go out of our account twice, and then come back in without any explanation.

It's not just us, either. We've talked to other people who've had similar problems with Borderfree. They've even stopped us from using Paypal on the site we shop on, but they still use it when they want money from us. We think it's because they know we can get our money back if they mess up. It's just not fair.

We love the store we buy from, but ever since they started using Borderfree, everything has gone downhill. And when we try to contact them, all we get is the same generic response over and over again. And forget about calling them - the phone just beeps and beeps.

Overall, this is a rubbish service and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a different way to shop internationally.

Borderfree Borderfree Review: My Experience with International Shipping

I recently had an experience with Borderfree and I wanted to share my thoughts. I ordered a bunch of stuff from Ulta, but since they don't ship to Canada directly, I had to use Borderfree. My order cost me CAD$122 and I got free shipping since I purchased over $100. I placed my order on July 9th, 2017 and it was my first time using Borderfree. I was a bit suspicious about the company, so I decided to look up some reviews. To my surprise, all of the reviews were negative, which made me worry and consider canceling my order. However, I couldn't find a way to cancel it on their website, so I emailed them twice but didn't receive a reply in time. I decided to call their customer care phone number and they picked up pretty quickly. The representative explained to me that Ulta has to ship to them first and then they will ship to Canada. It typically takes about 5-8 days for Ulta to ship, and then another 5-8 days for Borderfree to ship to Canada.

After waiting for 8 days, Ulta finally shipped my package and it arrived in Canada on July 18th. I received a notification from Canada Post that it was somewhere in Ontario, which made me feel relieved. On July 22nd, I received another notification that it arrived in B.C. and I should expect to receive my package on Monday.

Overall, I think Borderfree did their best to help with international orders, but they were a bit slow. However, I'm satisfied with the experience and I think they deserve some positive reviews. Would I use Borderfree again? Maybe, but I wouldn't choose them if I had other options available.

Borderfree Disappointing Experience with Borderfree: Overcharged and Ignored by Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Borderfree. I've used their services before and thought they were great, but my last order was a total disaster. I was hit with a 70% tax charge and when I tried to get a breakdown of the fees, I got no response. I've sent them four emails in the past two weeks and still nothing. And don't even get me started on the shipping fees - they're outrageous!

I even tried calling the UK number they provided, but it's not even recognized. What kind of customer service is that? I'm starting to lose my patience here. I've done my research and I'm pretty sure I've been overcharged by a great amount. But Borderfree seems to be ignoring me, which is making me even more suspicious.

I mean, I get it, maybe they were accurate with the charges. But the fact that they're not even responding to my formal emails is a huge red flag. And get this - when DE customs contacted me asking for my receipt, Borderfree provided them with a receipt that didn't even list the taxes and had a shipping cost of only $5. But in reality, I paid a whopping 69% in taxes and a ridiculous shipping fee. What a joke!

I'm getting pretty fed up with this whole situation. I hope a formal consumer complaint will finally get their attention. The deadline for a response is coming up soon, so we'll see what happens. But honestly, I'm not holding my breath.

Borderfree Borderfree.com Delivery Delay and Address Verification Issue

I recently made a purchase on Borderfree.com, which is a delivery partner used by UncommonGoods. I ordered a Bond-touch product from the US to India on November 21st, and the delivery was supposed to take 15 days. However, it has been more than 15 days and I still haven't received my product.

I had requested the delivery to be made to a friend's house, which is located just one lane behind my house. However, DHL Express, the carrier used by Borderfree, is now asking for an exact matching proof of the consignee's address. Since the address on my documents is different from the shipping address, DHL Express has asked me to send a confirmation letter of change in address from Borderfree.

When I contacted Borderfree, they said that they cannot provide me with the confirmation letter. I then reached out to UncommonGoods, and they responded with the following message: "The parcel is rejected at the door and returned by the carrier. On receipt of the parcel, the appropriate refund (as per your returns policy) will be processed. Or delivered as agreed at which time you may issue a credit return label to the customer."

This is a frustrating situation for me, as the product costs over 14,000 rupees in Indian currency. I am unsure when I will receive my product, and I am worried about losing my money. It seems like it would only take a minute for Borderfree to send a confirmation mail for the change in address, but they are not providing me with a solution.

I have seen some reviews where customers have received responses from Borderfree, and I am hoping to get a solution for my issue without losing any money.

Borderfree Impressive Delivery Time, But Beware of Refunds: My Experience with Borderfree

I just gotta say, I ordered this dress from BCBGeneration on a Tuesday night, January 13th to be exact. I was in a real hurry to get it by Friday, January 23rd, so I paid extra for DHL Express shipping. The dress was coming all the way from the US to Europe, so I knew it was gonna be a bit of a wait.

I got my order confirmation from Borderfree that same night, but I didn't hear anything else for a couple of days. I started to get real nervous, so I decided to look up some reviews for Borderfree. Let me tell you, I was not feeling good after reading all those one-star ratings and warnings to stay away. I was starting to think I might not get my dress at all, let alone on time.

But then, on Friday, January 16th, I finally got an email from Borderfree saying my dress had shipped. That's only three days after I placed the order, which seems pretty reasonable to me. The email said my DHL delivery would be here by Wednesday, January 21st.

Well, guess what? Today is Monday, January 19th, and I just got an email and a text from DHL saying my dress will be here by the end of the day! I was already happy enough with the idea of getting it on Wednesday, but to get it today is just amazing. I mean, think about it - I ordered this dress from the US on a Tuesday night, and it's arriving in Europe the following Monday. That's pretty dang impressive, if you ask me.

Now, I did read a lot of negative reviews about Borderfree, especially when it comes to refunds and exchanges. So while I'm giving them five stars for delivery time, I'm crossing my fingers that the dress fits well and I don't have to deal with any of that refund nightmare stuff.

Overall, I'd definitely order from a company that uses Borderfree again, but only if I'm pretty sure I'm gonna keep whatever I'm ordering. I wouldn't want to risk losing a bunch of money if I have to send something back.

Borderfree Unpleasant Experience with Borderfree and DVF: Paid for Order Never Received, No Refund Issued

Borderfree is a company that provides international delivery services for various brands, including American womenswear brand DVF. Unfortunately, our experience with both Borderfree and DVF has been quite unpleasant. We encountered numerous issues with their customer service and the fulfillment of our order, which was paid for but never received.

We made a purchase on DVF.com on December 12, 2016, with the intention of receiving it as a Christmas gift for my wife. We received a confirmation email for the purchase and were given a delivery date. However, the item never arrived, and we did not receive any communication from either Borderfree or DVF regarding the delay. After a month had passed, we contacted DVF to inquire about the order. They responded a few days later, stating that they did not have any information about the order and would follow up with Borderfree.

After several days of waiting and multiple follow-up emails, Borderfree finally confirmed that they were unable to fulfill the order and had canceled it in their system. Despite this, we have yet to receive a refund for the purchase. We paid using a debit card, which means that the funds were transferred to Borderfree/DVF at the time of purchase. We have provided evidence of this, including a bank statement, but Borderfree has taken no responsibility and has not issued a refund for the funds that have already left our bank account.

To make matters worse, DVF.com has deferred responsibility to Borderfree and has not taken any action to resolve the issue. We are left out of pocket and frustrated by the lack of progress in finding a solution. It is disappointing that such experiences are becoming more common with Borderfree.

In conclusion, our experience with Borderfree and DVF has been extremely disappointing. We have encountered numerous issues with their customer service and the fulfillment of our order, which has left us out of pocket and frustrated. We hope that they will take responsibility for their actions and find a solution to this issue soon.

Borderfree Smooth Experience with Borderfree: Adrianna Papell and Dr. Martens Orders Delivered On Time and In One Piece

I was super worried about my two orders with Borderfree after reading a bunch of negative reviews online, but I gotta say, my experience with them was pretty smooth. I ordered from Adrianna Papell and Dr. Martens and both packages arrived on time and in one piece with the right stuff inside. And get this, they even delivered to a PO box out in the boonies of Australia without any drama.

Unlike some other folks, I wasn't charged twice and my payment didn't go through until my package was shipped, just like they said on their website. I did have to call their toll-free hotline to check on my orders since they were "submitted" for a whole week, but the person I talked to was actually pretty helpful and friendly, even though they were calling from some far-off land.

Here are a few things I learned while shopping with Borderfree:
- Don't bother emailing them, they take forever to respond. Just call instead.
- The time your order is "submitted" counts towards the shipping time, so don't freak out if it takes a while to get going.
- I had an order cancelled a few months ago because the item went out of stock before Borderfree could tell the company. So just remember that your order isn't really confirmed until it's "submitted".
- Their returns policy is a bit of a joke. Make sure you know what you're buying before you hit that "order" button, because you're not gonna get all your money back if you need to return something.

Overall, I think the key to having a decent experience with Borderfree is to keep a close eye on your order and call them if anything seems off. Borderfree Borderfree Review: Nightmare Experience with Delivery and Taxes - Don't Make the Same Mistake I Did!

I really wish I had read all these comments before I placed an order on Borderfree. I bought a pair of shoes on Black Friday, and now it's already 24 January 2018, and I still haven't received the package. I'm so frustrated!

Part of the reason is that I didn't choose to pay the duty and taxes when I bought it. I thought it would be easy to pay them later, but I was wrong. It turned out to be a nightmare. Borderfree asked me to contact the postal office and custom office, but it was completely useless. First, the package was sent to Germany by USPS, and its only postal office is a hundred miles away from where I live. Then it would be delivered by DHL, so I went to the DHL in early January, and the staff said it was waiting for the payment of taxes and duties at the custom office, and I would receive a mail to pay it. But I still haven't received the mail now. Then I contacted the custom office, and the staff said he needed a document from the sender, which is USPS, and the sender should be responsible for the procedures of payment of duty and taxes. So now Borderfree asked me to call USPS in the United States by myself, which I think Borderfree should be the one to do that according to the information I read on the USPS website. It's quite expensive to call from Germany, and I'm so frustrated that I could scream.

To anyone who would like to buy something on Borderfree, please pay the taxes and duties in the first place. Borderfree wouldn't tell you how troublesome it is to do it later, and they just don't care. Also, pray there is nothing wrong with the delivery or the package, because the customer service is completely unhelpful. All they suggest is that you could try that, and normally it won't work. After all, it's not their time and efforts that are being wasted. Finally, I would like to say I would never ever buy things from this company again. I hope this review could help someone avoid the same mistake I made.

Borderfree Borderfree Review: Shady Practices, Poor Customer Service, and Overcharging Customers

Wow, I can't believe this company is even still in business! I wouldn't be surprised if the retailers who use Borderfree as a service provider start dropping them soon. It's been weeks and I still haven't received a response to my emails, and when I tried calling their 1800 number, I couldn't even speak to a human being. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged multiple times for the same purchase, and they claimed it was just a preauthorization hold, but that's clearly not the case when I see two charges on my statement. I even received two $933 handbags when I only ordered and received one, and they refused to acknowledge their mistake even with screenshots of my statement and initial order.

And don't even get me started on the shipping and delivery times. I paid over $300 for shipping and duty from the US to Vancouver, and it took almost two weeks just for my order to ship out. The initial purchase page said 7 to 14 days until delivery, but that was clearly not the case. They wait until they have a bunch of packages going to the same area before shipping them out together to save on shipping costs. I mean, come on, we're already paying hundreds for shipping, can't they at least try to get our stuff to us in a timely manner?

After waiting months for my item, I finally received it, but it was too late as it was meant to be a gift for a special occasion that had already passed. I had to purchase from somewhere else instead. The only reason I even got my overcharge back was because I had to go through my credit card company. Borderfree flat out refused to admit their mistake and take responsibility for their shady practices.

It's one thing to have some issues with your service, but this is just unacceptable. They have so many problems and no customer service to address them. If they actually cared about their customers and tried to make things right, I might give them the benefit of the doubt, but they don't. They just ignore you and steal your money.

Borderfree, you really need to step up your game. It's not like the infrastructure and technology isn't there. If Amazon and independent sellers on eBay can send items internationally for free and get them to us within a day or two, surely you can get our stuff to us within a month when you're charging us hundreds for shipping and double charging us! It's unreal.

Borderfree Borderfree: A Deceptive Scam in PayPal Module - My Experience

I recently had an experience with Borderfree, the online retailer that specializes in international delivery of merchandise. I purchased a purse from Macy's and thought that the payment was made through PayPal guest, as Macy's had indicated. However, it turned out that the payment was actually processed through Borderfree. This is where the trouble began.

My bank paid the invoice to PayPal, but Borderfree did not accept the payment. They had set up their PayPal module not to accept the payment, and if the payment did not go through PayPal, it would not show up in the PayPal summary. This allowed Borderfree to demand payment again, citing a time clause in PayPal. They then resent another invoice from PayPal after four days, as their pay module was set up not to accept the actual payment within four days. This allowed them to resend a demand for another PayPal payment, even though the first payment had already been processed. Their pay module bypasses the rules of required payment by PayPal.

The problem was compounded by the fact that PayPal did not see the initial payment as being paid to Borderfree, which allowed Borderfree to withdraw the new invoice funds without my explicit approval. I had to make numerous calls to banks, PayPal, and Borderfree in Ireland to figure out what was going on. It turned out that Borderfree was using a debit CIBC Visa and probably other debit payments to trick customers.

The customer service representatives were not helpful and seemed to be there only to throw me off course and misdirect me. It was only after I had made thousands of PayPal purchases that I realized that Borderfree was set up as a scam in the PayPal module. They were using three different names in the PayPal module: Borderfree, Merchant via Borderfree, and E4X, Inc.

I received an invoice from PayPal on behalf of E4X, Inc. to pay $151.45, even though I had already paid for the item. The payment had been processed through my debit card on August 1 and noted as payment through PayPal for the amount of $151.45. However, it was not showing up in my PayPal account. On August 4, I received an invoice from PayPal on behalf of E4X, Inc. to pay $151.45, as they had not received the Macy's payment for $151.45, which had already been paid but not showing in PayPal account as paid.

After numerous calls to PayPal, I found out that Borderfree had not claimed the funds. My bank, CIBC, said that the funds were pre-cleared for withdrawal. When I called Borderfree, I was told that my funds were heading back to me as a refund, even though they had not claimed the funds. It got testy from there.

If Borderfree does not accept the funds within a specified period of time, the bank sees a transpired authorization and refunds the pre-approved amount back into your account within a given number of USA business days. All of this never shows in PayPal, as for whatever reason, Borderfree chose not to accept the funds. However, they do show another request for an unpaid PayPal item, even though the very same item had been paid for with a CIBC debit Visa and funds withdrawn from my debit Visa account on October 1.

As a substantive merchant with PayPal, the first order of business is to formulate the payment module on how to choose the parameters as to how to accept payment or not accept payment and the various intricacies within the module. Anyway, area code 212 is not Ireland; it is Manhattan, New York, USA. Their other area code is 646 and is also in Manhattan, New York, USA.

Borderfree was bought by Pitney Bowes, the same company that runs eBay Global Shipping from eBay.com. Pitney Bowes paid over $300 million for Borderfree. They use Globegistics as their shipper, which is very large and works for the USPS for dirt cheap. The tracking number is Globegistics until it delivers its items to USPS, and then you get a USPS tracking number. Tracking is also determined if Borderfree paid for that option.

I know about Borderfree because they contract USPS trucks to drop off a load at the USPS sorting facility. With me, Globegistics lost the whole USPS truck, and I'm still out my item with another cross-border US to Canada shipper.

Yesterday, I received another email from Borderfree in which they tried to process the second invoice from October 4, which was for an item already paid for and processed through my bank on October 1. PayPal says that this is their authorization number to Borderfree for the October 1 PayPal payment, but Borderfree still hasn't withdrawn those funds because if they had, it would show in PayPal. So PayPal is not seeing a payment made, only a request for a payment not made.

I believe that Borderfree is a scam, and they are using deceptive practices to trick customers into paying for items that they have already paid for. I have blocked them from my account, and I plan to gather up sellers that Borderfree does business with and send an email to the Secretary of the President. This account has been fully paid for, and they still keep coming after me. This is their fourth attempt, and I am tired of it.

Borderfree Borderfree's Lack of Customer Service Makes Refunds a Nightmare

I was really surprised when I found out that Borderfree can refund the duty and tax that I paid. I live in Canada and we all know that we have to pay CBSA when we import goods from other countries. I bought a Rebecca Minkoff bag and returned it. I had no idea how to contact Borderfree to get a refund on the duty and tax. Rebecca Minkoff told me that they couldn't refund the duty and tax since they didn't charge it from me. I don't blame Rebecca Minkoff though, their customer care is pretty good. They reply fast and efficiently solve the issue.

However, when I went to Borderfree, I couldn't find any number to call or email to send. Their mailbox is un-maintained according to the auto-reply I got. It's a dead end in their contact method. Borderfree only left a number to call once you placed an order with them. Later on, when I tried to call this number, the number hung up on me since I'm not a retailer but just a consumer. They asked me to contact my retailer regarding any issue I had. But what about the charges like custom duty they charged? There was no answer, no response.

I would never get involved with returning something through Borderfree again. It was a good lesson learned. I just hope justice will come. A company like this should never be operating. It's really frustrating when you can't get in touch with a company to solve an issue. I wish Borderfree had better customer service.

Borderfree Disappointing Experience with Borderfree and Brooks Brothers: Still Waiting for Refund After 3 Months

I recently had an experience with Borderfree, the payment handling company for Brooks Brothers. As there is no Brooks Brothers shop in Holland, I ordered a product through their website. Unfortunately, the product was not what I wanted and I had to return it. This is where the trouble started. It has been almost 3 months now and I am still waiting for my refund.

Brooks Brothers informed me that Borderfree would take care of the refund. However, when I contacted Borderfree, they told me that they had already refunded me and that the problem was with Ideal. I quickly contacted Ideal and they gave me a detailed response explaining that the issue was not with them. Borderfree then advised me to check with my bank or bank company. Every time I contacted their customer service, they apologized and promised to fix the issue, but nothing happened. Brooks Brothers was aware of all the contacts I had made, but they did not intervene to help.

The most frustrating part was when I received a message saying that the case was closed. This was not acceptable. Brooks Brothers watched the whole situation unfold without taking any action. It was so wrong, haha. I would not recommend ordering anything through websites that use Borderfree, and I suggest avoiding Brooks Brothers altogether.

Overall, my experience with Borderfree and Brooks Brothers was disappointing. The lack of communication and action on their part made the situation worse. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Borderfree Disappointing Experience with Borderfree: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I'm currently residing in the Philippines and I usually purchase items online from various websites. To have my items delivered to me, I usually have them shipped to a local logistics company based in New York. This method usually takes around 2 weeks for me to receive my items. However, I recently came across Borderfree while browsing for sale items from Rebecca Minkoff. The prices were already converted to my local currency and I noticed that they offer direct shipping to my office. I thought this option was good and decided to purchase 2 items from their website.

Unfortunately, my experience with Borderfree was not good at all. I placed my order on November 17 and it was only "shipped" on December 1. I paid for express shipping but it took them almost a month to deliver my items. I am still waiting to receive my items as of writing this review.

I tried calling them several times to cancel my order but they kept telling me that they can't. I also tried calling them to check if they have received the items I ordered from Rebecca Minkoff's website, but they kept telling me that they haven't received them yet. However, upon confirmation with Rebecca Minkoff, the items were already delivered to their warehouse.

I am still waiting for my items and I will update this review once I receive them. Overall, my experience with Borderfree was lousy and I wouldn't recommend using their service.

Borderfree Disappointing Experience with Borderfree: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Issues

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Borderfree. I had no clue who they were until Party City told me they were in charge of shipping my order. I placed my order on May 10th and got a message saying some of the stuff I ordered wouldn't be shipped right away. I was worried that the rest of my order wouldn't get to me in time for my event because it was taking so dang long. I tried calling them but was on hold for what felt like forever. I also sent them two emails but never got a response. Finally, I got a message saying the rest of my order would arrive on June 2nd. When it finally got here, it wasn't even what I ordered! And they charged me the right amount for the thing I actually wanted, even though they sent me something else. By the time I realized what happened, it was too late to order something else. I talked to Party City and they gave me a refund for the wrong thing, but I still had to pay for shipping. And let me tell you, their shipping fees are insane! Sometimes it cost more to ship something than the thing itself! Borderfree is an international warehouse that packs and sends orders for a bunch of different stores. But if you find out they're in charge of your order, I'd say just forget about it. Their customer service is the absolute worst.

Borderfree Borderfree and Nine West's Poor Customer Service and Refund Policy

So, I ordered some shoes from Nine West through Borderfree, and I was pretty excited to get them. But then I realized that they had two different versions of the same shoe, with different heel heights. I have a foot condition that means I can't wear high heels, so I asked for a cancellation on the same day. I know that in the EU, you're allowed to cancel within 14 days, and that's part of Borderfree's terms and conditions.

But when I contacted them, they just kept sending me to Nine West, who never bothered to respond. And when I insisted and referred to the terms and conditions, they said they would try to intercept the goods and have them sent back, and that I would get a complete refund. But then they said that couldn't happen, and that I could just refuse the delivery if I didn't want the shoes. But I still don't know if I'll get refunded, and it's expensive to send them back. And of course, all of this is happening so that the 14 days will expire.

Now the shoes have arrived and I need to collect them, but I'm still not sure if I'll get my money back. I'm getting pretty frustrated, and I'm thinking about going to the French Institut National de la Consommation or the US Bureau of Consumer Protection if I don't get a response within 24 hours. It's not just about my shoes anymore - companies that don't respect basic customer rights need to be called out and held accountable.

Borderfree Frustrated with Border Free: A Warning for International Shoppers

I gotta say, I'm pretty frustrated with Border Free. I had to use their service to buy some LL Bean gear from Canada, and it's been a real headache. I put in my order way back on January 29th, 2020, and it didn't even ship until January 5th, 2021. That's over a year of waiting! And now, on January 12th, all I can see on their package tracking website is that it's been shipped. No idea when it's gonna arrive or if it's even made it through customs yet.

I've been buying clothes from LL Bean for years without any issues, but ever since they started using Border Free for international orders, it's been a real pain. It can take up to a month to get my stuff, which is just ridiculous. And it's not just me - my roommate has had even worse luck. Her last LL Bean shipment only had one out of four items in the box, and when she checked the weight of the package, it was clear that something had been taken out by Border Free employees. Who knows when or where it happened, but it's pretty sketchy.

Luckily, LL Bean was quick to replace the missing items for free, but it's still a hassle. If you're thinking about buying from a company that uses Border Free for international orders, be warned - their tracking is basically non-existent, and you might not even know when your package is gonna show up. Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would.

Borderfree Borderfree's Poor Customer Service and Lost Package: My Experience with Ulta Order

I recently made an order from Ulta and was excited to receive my package here in Canada. However, my experience with Borderfree has been less than satisfactory. While I did receive an order confirmation from Borderfree, I did not receive a shipping confirmation. This left me feeling unsure about the status of my package. I reached out to Borderfree multiple times over the course of several days, but did not receive a response until much later. When I finally did receive a response, I was given a tracking number that indicated my package was being shipped to Illinois, which was not the delivery location I had specified.

I was initially concerned about this, but was later informed that there was a stopping point in Illinois before it would be shipped to Canada. I then reached out to Borderfree multiple times to inquire about tracking my package after it left Illinois, as I was worried about it being left outside in the extreme cold weather we are currently experiencing. Unfortunately, I only received automatic responses stating that my package was still in Illinois and would be shipped soon.

After waiting for two weeks for my package, I was finally informed that it had been lost. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had paid $71 Canadian dollars for my order. Ulta offered me an electronic gift card worth only $45, or the option to have my order reshipped. However, given my experience with Borderfree, I am hesitant to choose the latter option as I fear it will take another three weeks to arrive.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Borderfree. They were uncommunicative and misleading, and it took me over two weeks of reaching out almost every day to finally be told that my package had been lost. I will not be ordering from Ulta again, nor will I be using Borderfree for any other website.
