Boost Mobile review: Service

we gave this company one more chance. I damaged my phone to where I couldn't use my phone. I had insurance and when I went to the store on Cheney Highway in Titusville Florida. they woman told me she couldn't help me.. I left I have been paying the phone bill. I went back up to the store a few days later thinking she was new. BUT NO the next one told me they don't get paid to do that. But I can call 611 after standing there explaining I didn't have a phone she gave me a phone and 611 couldn't find my info. I told the girl and she told me to stand over there because a costumer came in to pay. I asked where to send my phone that i had insurance and again told she didn't know.
So now I have been paying a bill for ten months to be able to keep my number. I don't have money just laying around just to go get a new phone. I have lost my pictures my numbers. And all boost can say is I don't know what to say.
And I can't even speak to a rep they keep telling me they all went home, I should be able to be refunded at least part of the money
