Books-A-Million review: The worst place to order books.

They do not ship within 24 hours as advertised. They ship your order in parts, you never know which parts you'll receive. My recent order shipped stating I was to receive 2 items of 3, I received the 1 item they claimed to have shipped as the 2nd shipment. There is no telling if in the 2nd shipment I'll receive the first 2 items they claimed to have shipped first. It only shows me that they hire incompetent people. I think this is one company that will be shutting down soon.
