Bob Sumerel Tire & Service Co LLC review: Surreal tire in Aurora Indiana. Could not repair my car,

Good morning, I had my 2006 saturn ion serviced at the store in aurora in june 22 2022, they said they replaced a fuel sensor for me (it took 8 days). They gave me a bill if $411.00. They never showed mw the old part! Before I got the car home, the light comes on again, I called, they said bring the car back, I did, I waited (11 more days). Picked up the car, the next day, the light is on, took it back, and waited (8 more days, now as I say this, my wife drive past the shop everyday, most of the multitude of days the car sat in the same parking place, now! They tell me to bring it back for a fourth time, I declined, I didn't have my car for 27 days, something told me after 3 attempts and 27 days without a car I desperately needed they didn't have the skill set to fix it, I requested a refund, david, (don't know his last name). Told me all he could do was send the bill into his district manager, ok, I waited 2 months, no call, no letter, nothing, I finally called david on (aug 14th). Asking him. So. What the answer, of course there was no answer, he told me the up line manager had quit, now. He has to refile my claim to the new. Up line manager, I waited 2 weeks, no response, I called david on nov 3rd, he gave the phone to daniel ashbrook, the new. Car care manager, note! He was very professional and polite, he asked me to bring the car back so he could hook it back up to the (I guess). The computer to see what the issue was, I did bring the car back to the shop, but i'm so disappointed in this facility, I refused to let them touch my vehicle. Daniel ashbrook told me if he looked it over and found that it was not another issue, I would get a refund at that time, no way. Here's my issues. My car was there 3 times, I never saw the old part. (was it even replaced). 27 days. And my car jyst sat outside nit being even worked on, I quite sure all they did was clear the data board, why the daniel. (good guy). Offer a refund but david did not ever, daniel did not mention up upline manager. Is there even such a thing?! I have come to this location for 40 years. They have worked on numerous cars of mine in the past, they even replaced an entire engine my 1997 ford pickup, but now they can't change a fuel sensor, i'm quite sure daniel ashbrook is just recently been hired at this location, it needs help in the worst way possible, I was really hard on that poor guy. I truly believe the reps at this location (not daniel ashbrook). Just took full advantage of me, there is no doupt in my mind, they did not change the fuel sensor, they just cleared the data board, $ 411.00.3 visits. 27 days. Was not showed the old part, bullcrap story of the district manager, bullcrap story. He quit, now they have to resubmit my request for a refund. All of it is totally unacceptable, so. I'm writing to ask for a full refund, all of this garbage. And my check engine

Light is still on, so whats going to happen here! I'm sure you can call daniel ashbrook and confirm my conplaint, I know all the dates of my car service are on the computer at this location,
