Bob Evans review: service

My husband and I take his parents, age 91 & 92, to Bob Evans in Amelia two or three times a month after church on Sunday. We usually get there around 9-9:30. His parents "always" order the same thing. Soup and half a sandwich combo. Last Sunday the waitress said they could not order this, it was too early. We explained that they always have ordered this and got served. She was ‘very' rude and walked away. Then we spoke to the manager and she was equally as rude, speaking to us very loudly and said no we could not order this. If his parents hadn't been so elderly we would have gotten up and left the restaurant. They did finally order something else. The waitress brought our food out and had given my husband lemon bread instead of biscuits he told her he ordered biscuits and she ‘snatched' up the bread and walked away returning a few minutes later with the biscuits. When we went to pay I told the cashier that we would not be back. She called the manager over, which is the same one we already spoke to and she just said, ‘the soup wasn't ready yet, a different explanation than the prior one. Then she mumbled something and walked away. Very poor management and waitress at this store. We were there, Sunday, September 15 and will not return nor will be buy our usual gift cards that we purchase for Birthday's and Christmas!
