We ordered a take out Easter meal on line from the Bob Evans restaurant at 16314 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, FL. I got an email confirmation with an order number & a time to pick up. When we arrived we tried to call because we expected curb side pickup like all the other restaurants r doing, nobody answered the phone so we reluctantly went inside, told the woman our name & order number, she said they had no record of it, told her we ordered on line & she said they was why. Also she was handing out food not wearing any gloves or mask, not good at all & not what other restaurants r doing. Now we have to go to the store & get food take it home & cook it. We have have eaten dine in many times at this Bob Evans because it is close to our home. Disgusting experience at best. Will be sure to tell our friends & relatives not to do any take out at Bob Evans.
