AmeriGas Propane review: Unacceptable service

This company does NOT deserve to have any customers whatsoever. Those they do have receive ZERO customer service. This is not to say that the actual service techs that have the unfortunate job of dealing with upset customers on-site are bad people. I'm saying that, you cannot talk to anyone that actually services your area, everything is handled overseas, nothing has ever been on-time (even though they give week long delivery periods, and God forbid you may need service on your tank), there is no coordination between departments, etc. The result is you, as a customer, will be literally left out in the cold. DO NOT USE AMERIGAS if you need to heat your home, have children that need the heat and/or anything you need to cook with propane.
