Customer Rep no help at all, payments returned NSF on my account that I didn't make and took me 2.5 hours to get them to remove the NSF Fees, it has happened 7 times in 35 days horrible horrible company. AmeriGas Rep cam to the house set the tank, tested and turned on furnace, underneath house never bothered to mention it was NOT connected to any Ductwork, told us to run it for three days, it would warm up by then. Third day still not warm, doublewide had No duct work attached to it. , rep never said anything let me heat under my house for three days. Horrible experience reps are rude, don't care supervisors are non-existent and every time I call it's 2-3 hours on hold.
Recommendation: DON'T USE THEM, FIND SOMEONE ELSE THEY ARE AWFUL
