We spent over four hours shopping in the store which included wedding registry, eating lunch and purchasing clothing. We were told to go upstairs to get our parking validated. My 100 year old mother and I waited 15 minutes to get the elevator up to the 3rd floor. Michael seemed every so willing to validate our ticket. We then proceeded downstairs to our car thought we could just pull out of the parking lot. Turns out he never validated the ticket; he just went through the motions. We tried to call for customer service. No one ever answers the phone or returns a phone call. It turns out they really do not care if they have helped you or not. Typical, Macy's owns them and it runs like a Macy's
