I went shopping today September 19th 2020 1:00p.m. at 5200 Red Tip road Fayetteville North Carolina for a nonprofit organization, purchasing food to give away to those in need. After finding items, as well as a coupon I chose to tear out 32 coupons. The store manager realized what I was doing and began to give me nasty looks and came over to say, I don't think the machine will take all those coupons, and I cannot override it. Then I heard her talking with another customer and (Holly) Store Manger said yeah and she even has a shelf because, there was an empty shelf that allowed me to lay the books down as I tore out the coupons. I felt very disrespected and judged and extremely disappointed that these behaviors were coming from a store manager. I've spent over $3, 000 in the last 2 weeks or so on events. This is a first. I've often chosen BJ over Sam's because of the good customer service, & cleanliness of the stor. I guess I will go back to Sam's first going forward. People will wait in lines and pay more for good customer service. Ask Chick fil A. Maybe more training is needed. Thanks.
