BJ's Wholesale Club review: Customer service

My experience during my visit today was ruined the minute I went into the store. I was greeted by a man handing out disinfectant wipes for the carts. I asked if I could pull my own so that he wouldn't touch it. The man was so rude and told me his hands were cleaner than mine. He fought me off because I had the audacity to pull one out of the container without touching anything else. The man grabbed the wipe off of my had and screamed at me saying: "I give it to you! I left and went inside the store with two clean tissues I had in my pocket. I couldn't wipe off the handle of the shopping cart and had to push it instead holding on to the tissues which was very uncomfortable. I decided to leave but stopped by the service desk. I asked for the manager and a woman there said what do I need (turns out she was the manager) I told her about the incident with the employee at the entrance and she show no empathy. She told me with a straight face:"I'll speak to him" There was no apology from her end. I left without buying anything. I went to Giant and spent $200 and enjoyed shopping there.
