BJ's Wholesale Club tv

I purchased a tv online and was promised a date and an 8 hour window for delivery. The tv arrived 7 hours late and damaged. I called customer service the following day and was told that I would have to reorder and start the process all over again. This was very disappointing since I had already waited 10 days. I was very disappointed in bjs I had never had problems prior to this incident. It then took over a week to get the money credited back to my card.

BJ's Wholesale Club refund on account

I have been trying for over two months to have my account credited for renewal fee that I don't want. There is not a BJ wholesale near the new site to which I now live. Instead of correcting my account, they are adding fees and now my account is almost triple the original amount due to the late charges. I have talked with the complaint department as well as the master charge company

BJ's Wholesale Club hp 61xl ink blk/color twin pack bjs product #[protected]

I had purchased the same producd a couple months ago and pais $72.99. I was excited to receive a $25.00 coupon off a 2 pack purchase. When I purchased the two packs I paid $77.99 per pack. I realize prices go up but BJS is pretty consistant and we have been members for 20 plus years whenever a club was in our living area. I guess my complaint is only saving $15 and the price oddly going up $5 per pack during the promotion. Approximately a 7% increase. I will continue to be a BJS customer but I ill watch pricing closer..

BJ's Wholesale Club organic herb mix

I purchased the organic herb mix on 9/6/19. It has a use by date of 9/15. I opened the salad mix today 9/9/19, The herb mix has turned brown and soft and the vast majority of the lettuce was not usable. Since I was attempting to use this well before the 9/15 date, I am very dissatisfied that all the herbs were brown and wet and some of the lettuce the same. This product was not fresh. Maybe the herb mix should be enclosed in a packet away from the lettuce. I usually purchase the spring mix but decided to try this type. I will not be purchasing this herb mix again. There is nothing worst than trying to make lunch with wilted brown lettuce.

BJ's Wholesale Club membership account

I had a phone conversation customer service/ BJS member care Josh M. on Friday 08/ 16/2019 morning about cancel my membership before the renewl date in Sept 2019 and refund $55.00 back to me. He asked me for my name, membership number, address, phone, birth date. He explained to me the process will take 7-10 days to send my refund $55.00.
Later in the day Josh M. informed in the emailed me
He will be off Saturday 08/17/2019 and he will look in to my matter on Sunday 08/18/2019 . I was asked again for my name, address, phone number, membership number, and birth date.I have copies our emails about my refund.
I feel his customer service skills wasn't professional he was more interested in putting my matter .

BJ's Wholesale Club Customer service

Rude Staff named Kali, no last name on her name tag.
She was frying some frozen food for customers to try. The smell attracted me to
check what it was. There were some cooked ones. I was across the table assuming, she'll give me a sample, but she didn't, ignored my presence, didnt say anything, so I left . Not even less more than 50 yards, I saw a lady went to her table and joined her. Ms. Kali gave her 2 pieces of samples and told me she's one of the employees. She still didn't offer me a piece! I turned away, thinking she's a kind of prejudice person, since I'm a Pacific Islander. Went back to look at her name tag and she yelled, hope you got the right spelling. I ignored her cause I don't want to put myself on her level.
I've been a member for years and enjoy shopping at this company. This is the worst customer service I ever had.
Hopefully, the employee that she gave the cooked samples, bought some of the frozen food she frying.
Customers should be given the priority at least, since we're the ones buying the products.
Customer Service training needed.

Hi,
I am writing to complain against that frozen pizza called " California Pizza Kitchen " . I have not bought something from BJ before that is so worthless, and does not worth the money. Please stop selling to people this kind of product that is really does not even equate to one dollar.

My wife cooked that thing, and we followed exactly the directions and time to cook it. After it came out it looked like crackers.
I spent 10 dollars in that 2 packs. Boy, it does not worth even 1 dollar.

I would not cancel my membership with BJ, but I would that BJ discontinue this product.

BJ's Wholesale Club customer care service

I called BJs about 4 weeks ago regarding getting rid of Davison Estevez receiving coupons books/magazines and as of early this week he's still receiving them. At most times he gets them and I don't but then I'm the owner of the account I just added him almost two months ago. So I called today, 8/8 like around 5:35pm to let customer care know he is still receiving them and to make it stop but then the rep put me on "hold" not really because I was listening to her conversation with her colleague laughing about what I want and that I can just toss the coupon books. I really don't appreciate them making fun of their customer. The rep handled this very unprofessional and I feel that there is no support so I am thinking of not renewing membership and sign up with Costco. Thank you Angela Rosario

BJ's Wholesale Club bakery

What happened to your "Crusty Rolls"? My whole family loved the rolls; but not any more. I used to go to BJs just to pick up the rolls and then do my shopping.
But then the recipe changed. They are dry, not very crusty, and the color is darker which appears to be from wheat flour. I don't know if you changed bakers or what but please bring them back. My family and I will thank you!

BJ's Wholesale Club customer service center

I spoke to someone on the phone i explain that person that I lost my BJ's memberships and someone is using it. He accused me of lending my membership to someone else. The rep name is Gorge so unprofessional. Sams club don't treat people like that. Smh. He was rude and unprofessional at the end he hung up the call. Someone needs to read this. Bjs you can do better

BJ's Wholesale Club travel

We came back from out trip to Ireland. We paid extra insurance that was not covered for the Auto in Ireland. We had to pay over 300.00, when we paid BJ'S for this. Please resolve before I file a consumer complaint. You guys are the experts and should advise consumers before hand all the details in Black and White numbers not a fine print that makes no sense.

BJ's Wholesale Club rehiring..

Hello,
When I was 16 I was very immature and I did not recognize the importance of working and keeping a job, I left bjs without letting anyone know. Now that I am 19 I have grown up and became more mature. I feel like maybe, just a suggestion if you make a mistake when your younger you guys should reconsider hiring them if it's 3 years later, I got put out of a orientation after passing everything.

BJ's Wholesale Club bakery

I ordered cake squares with blue booties on each, not difficult at all. When I got there to pick it up I had a cake with a photo on it that said oh baby and some booties in the corner. The order sheet specifically said squares. I was so embarrassed to take this cake to my party. When my husband even said that's horrible I knew I had to say something. The 1st lady offered to redo it and at first I said no and she walked away then I decided to see how long it would take, the 2nd lady acts like it's an issue and she can just cut my photo cake into squares, like really that's going to look even more ridiculous. Then says well it will take 45 minutes and I said ok let's do it then. Then with irritation on her face she says well we get off at 1:30 and it's already 1 so we don't have time. At this point I'm like whatever just give me that cake. When I got to the front I couldn't stand it, I had to speak with a manager who apologized, gave me half off and tells me they are having staffing issues. I was irritated to even pay half for the cake because it looks hideous. I mean on top of it being wrong my 7 year old could have made this cake look better. But I only had a couple hours before my party so I had to take it. I proceeded to order a cake for the following weekend for my daughter, the picture was offered in their book and the 1st lady said they could do it, but this 2nd lady said no we can only do the photo one, I don't know how to do the one you want. I most definitely said nevermind and will not ever be buying cakes from BJs again! I talked it up so much because the cake squares I've bought before were perfect and then had to show up with this! They should close up the bakery til they find someone who can and wants to work! The first picture is the crap I got and the second is what I got before that I was expecting! The picture on the cake doesn't even lineup! They should be embarrassed to even be selling this!

BJ's Wholesale Club soup not hot

Today (7-22-19) 4 ladies had a luncheon at the BJ's in Brea. 3 of us ordered the all you can eat soup and salad. The soup came out cold. The waitress took it back to reheat and it again came out cold. Very disappointing. We just said forget it. We paid for our salads and left. I don't understand why we couldn't get our soup hot when she tried it twice. Somethings wrong there.

BJ's Wholesale Club manager mary at waterbury, ct store

On 06/07/19 I visited the Waterbury, CT to shop and noticed copier/scanner/fax machine for descent price. I took copier and proceeded to check out. While checking out I noticed copier machine was $20 more then I noticed on display. Pointed out discrepancy and cashier was more the helpful to get a price check. I went with customer service to point out the copier I had. Customer service agreed that there was a discrepancy in the price. We went to a manager named Mary to see if price could be adjustment because of the discrepancy. Before customer service was able to finish her sentence about the problem, manager Mary dismissed my issue and said sometimes customers swipe prices to get a cheaper bargain. I said "are you accusing me of swiping the prices." Manager Mary said nothing. I had over $200 worth of supplies at the counter. I was waiting for a price adjustment of $20. It wasn't the fact I cannot afford the $20, it was the principal. And for the manager Mary to accused me of swiping the prices I felt my character was question. Because of how I felt disrespected by manager Mary, I DIDN'T PURCHASE ANY OF THE SUPPLIES I HAD WAITING ON ME! I have been a long time member of BJ's and I like your products over the other competitors! But I'm not gonna have my character question! I deserve an apology!
