BJ's Wholesale Club worker service

Good Night!

I am a loyal customer to the Bjs store and for 4 years I buy in this store every week and also when I travel every year to Port St Lucy, Florida.

I have never had any complaints to any worker for the simple reason that all workers are efficient and educated, always willing to help the client.

I just want to inform you that today October 1 in the afternoon (2:30 pm) I was very badly attended by the lady who is in the area of ​​fresh delivery and unfortunately it is not the first time she does it.

BJ's Wholesale Club tire buying and installation

I order 4 SU tires September 18th. I had an appointment Tuesday 24th and no tires where delivered. came in next day with an appointment to have tires installed. Wednesday 25th and filled out all the paperwork to have tires installed and left my car at BJ in Warrensville OH. I was then called 15 mins later from the tech stating the tires where not delivered AGAIN. after taking the day off work and dropping my vehicle off and filling out all the paperwork! Then was told a manager would be in contact later that day. no one called. I then called Thursday sept 26th and spoke with a manager name jimmy. he said that only 3 of the 4 tires arrived and that he would call me either way at the end of the day to give me an update. NO ONE CALLED. it is now Sunday September 29th. I had to call AGAIN and spoke with a manager Greg only to find out the 4th tire is somewhere in another state. manager Greg stated he would call me back Sunday to figure out tire install. I have been riding on a spare tire now for over a week. everyday I drive on the spare my all wheel drive is not active and im worried its going to break an issue that im going to have to fix on my dime since its not a full size spare. I cant even put my kids in the car that im worried the small spare is going to blow out. No one has any idea of where 1 tire is. No one has even ordered and replacement or offered a discount for the time lost.

BJ's Wholesale Club customer service

On 9-27-2019 I went to your store, once there I went to the customer service desk, where I and at least 6-8 other customers were waiting to be attended to. After standing in line for approx. 10 mins, I approached the counter and ask the employee working there, If I could get a Coupon Book, The employee at that time grabbed a handful of books and asked the customers in line who needed a book, several customers raised their hand and received a book, After all the other customers got their book the employee finally handed me one. My issued is why should customers have to wait in a long line just get a book, when all they have to do is place the books on the counter for customers to pick one up if needed. I feel like I upset the employee, by getting out of line and asking for a book. I shop at your store every two weeks and spend at least 400.00 to 500.00 dollars . This isn't the first time I have had a problem with the employees at the service desk.

BJ's Wholesale Club milk

The farm where I always bought my milk from got hit by lightning a month ago, so no more milk ! I started buying my milk from bj's in utica . After about a month I started feeling agitated so I checked my sugar levels. My sugar was through the roof at 396 ! I looked at the label on the milk, 11grams of sugar per serving, that is unbeleivable, there is no reason to add sugar to milk ! I feel extremely let down by BJ's, not sure if I will ever go back there !

BJ's Wholesale Club discontinued items

Today we made our final visit to our BJ's store after being loyal customers since it's opening. This was not our intention when we arrived to shop today, but upon finding that items have been discontinued and/or replaced by items of lesser quality. Two specific items of concern were the Carnation Instant Breakfast and Starbucks French Roast Whole Beans. The Carnation was always majority chocolate in the case, however, if you rummaged through bin you could always find a box of vanilla, our preferred flavor, now however, you can't find either. The other, Starbucks French Roast has been replaced by a very inferior brand of French Roast, compare the beans side by side yourself. Anyway, we had a Costco just open in our area, thus your timing couldn't be worse, and your marketing research failed. Best of luck, and hey, quit trying to reinvent the wheel, you were fine rolling with what you have always done!

BJ's Wholesale Club coupons

I went to BJ's on 09/20/19 and got Downey, Downey Beads, and other groceries. When I got to the register I had 2 coupon (one of the coupons I got at the desk from one of the workers). They would not let me use the coupons due to they were outdated (mixed dated coupons in a book is rediculous)- they have always given a 7 day leeway, but this time they wouldn't. I live 45 minutes from the nearest BJ's and I can only get there once a month, I live on 1 paycheck due to I am retired. Since they wouldn't let me use the coupons, I gave them all of there stuff back and went to Walmart and got what I needed. BJ's lost a $100 order over $4 in coupons. I will not renew my BJ's card due to I can wait for stores stuff to go on sale and I can use manufacture coupons and get it cheaper than BJ's (I like to buy bulk but I can buy bulk when items go on sale in other stores.

BJ's Wholesale Club very disrespectful deli employee

I came in to get some meats an cheeses from the Deli with my daughter an this one employee was very loud, rude an disrespectful. He kept on staring at my daughter (who is 15) in a very disgusting manor, when i kept stepping in front of my daughter to block him from staring at her, he then preceded to stare at me like he was going to do something. On top of that he was screaming an swearing in front of me an my kid an other customers who had children even younger, when i finally got a good look at his name tag his name was Matt, People that looked like Managers heard an seen him acting like this an said or did absolutely nothing. this person doesn't handle them self very well an gives BJs a representation that they'll just hire any psycho off the street an give them a job. This man shouldn't be allowed to handle himself this way and be so rude an disrespectful an no one say anything to him an personally make me feel threatened, i will never be coming back an have canceled my membership there. I am very disappointed as i love the selection, bulk items and prices but if I feel me or my daughter are going to feel threatened an have managers walk by an say or do nothing to this employee Matt, I can no longer come to this store, if anyone lives in this area and shops at the Rotterdam BJs be very weary around this man if you have children as i had no clue if he was just trying to keep staring at my daughter inappropriately or if he was actually going to hurt one of us

BJ's Wholesale Club attendant/ parking lane gas service

We are really frustrated and disappointed today. We've never experienced what my wife had to go through today with one of your employees. Around 12:10 today my wife was using the gas station located in quincy, massachusetts. There was a few more car than usual and one of your attendants identified with the name kesha, was apparently coordinating the flow of traffic to the pump stations. She was very aggressive and belligerent. Her demeanor was completely rude yelling to the customers while giving instructions to move forward, at the time my wife reached the front of the lane, your employee was completely out of control, she came to my wife's window intimidating and harassing her demanding to keep moving with no sense whatsoever of customer service. My wife tried to deescalate stating to her to "calm down" to which your employee reacted with more cussing and profanity. My wife was at that point in complete shock, unable to even respond to that type of behavior. I've reached your store manager his name is pablo, he was notified immediately of the incident, your employee literally was looking for confrontation, she came to our car window to the point of almost attacking my wife. I demand in mediate action on this matter and a review of your video of today between 12:00 and 12:30.

BJ's Wholesale Club master card comenity bank

I pay off my BJs credit card every month. And yet I get calls often with the ID of Comenity Bank. I block these calls and report them to the Do Not Call Registry and yet, I still see these calls coming through. I have no other connection to this bank. If this continues I'll have no choice but to discontinue the card and do more shopping somewhere else. If these numbers are not connected to Comenity and are false, then somebody should get on them and do something about it.

BJ's Wholesale Club tv

I purchased a tv online and was promised a date and an 8 hour window for delivery. The tv arrived 7 hours late and damaged. I called customer service the following day and was told that I would have to reorder and start the process all over again. This was very disappointing since I had already waited 10 days. I was very disappointed in bjs I had never had problems prior to this incident. It then took over a week to get the money credited back to my card.

BJ's Wholesale Club refund on account

I have been trying for over two months to have my account credited for renewal fee that I don't want. There is not a BJ wholesale near the new site to which I now live. Instead of correcting my account, they are adding fees and now my account is almost triple the original amount due to the late charges. I have talked with the complaint department as well as the master charge company

BJ's Wholesale Club bad service

9/6/2019 order # [protected]. 5 different items was purchased but was sent by 3 separately deliveries. Every delivery I received I was charged for the items. So there is 3 charges in my card from bjs.com add up to total $66.32 that didn't match with the total on my credit notification of $56.13. I called 4 times to customers service but nobody can do anything to help me or understand my problem. At the end I had to cancelled my membership.

BJ's Wholesale Club hp 61xl ink blk/color twin pack bjs product #[protected]

I had purchased the same producd a couple months ago and pais $72.99. I was excited to receive a $25.00 coupon off a 2 pack purchase. When I purchased the two packs I paid $77.99 per pack. I realize prices go up but BJS is pretty consistant and we have been members for 20 plus years whenever a club was in our living area. I guess my complaint is only saving $15 and the price oddly going up $5 per pack during the promotion. Approximately a 7% increase. I will continue to be a BJS customer but I ill watch pricing closer..

BJ's Wholesale Club organic herb mix

I purchased the organic herb mix on 9/6/19. It has a use by date of 9/15. I opened the salad mix today 9/9/19, The herb mix has turned brown and soft and the vast majority of the lettuce was not usable. Since I was attempting to use this well before the 9/15 date, I am very dissatisfied that all the herbs were brown and wet and some of the lettuce the same. This product was not fresh. Maybe the herb mix should be enclosed in a packet away from the lettuce. I usually purchase the spring mix but decided to try this type. I will not be purchasing this herb mix again. There is nothing worst than trying to make lunch with wilted brown lettuce.

BJ's Wholesale Club bottle returns

I had some bottles which NYS has charged me, 5 cents for each bottle and there machine doesn't accept the bottles and any bottle recycling machine in NYS has accepted my returns. So why is that store charging me for a bottle if the machine doesn't accept the bottle. Also when I wanted to get my money for my refunds BJS policies state that the customer would need to provide a BJS receipt for bottle redemption which that is so absurd.

BJs cold cut department is horrible. With only 1 person ahead of me and 3 people working behind counter I always have to wait at least 20 minutes b4 anyone takes my order! Also while your cold cuts r being sliced an employee is sweeping the floor where the slicing is being done! Are u kidding me! Unsanitary for starters ! Health department - where r you?! This really needs to be addressed! Please 🙏

BJ's Wholesale Club customer service

A sales representative by the name of Joycelyn was very rude and nasty. Today I entered BJ's Wholesale Club to pick up an online order. As I approached the counter I mentioned I had an online pickup. The representative ask "do you see the item?. I respond, maybe. She then informed me to point the items out. I looked at her puzzled. Next, Joycelyn informed me that there were plenty of items ready for pickup, so i should point out my items. I told her that's not how it works, I am NOT a bjs employee, yet a customer. I than took out my ID card so she may identify my order. Joycelyn rudely asked me to step aside and wait for someone else to deal with me. This employee was very lazy and did not seem to want to do her job, she got angry with me for not doing her job for her. This is extremely unprofessional, and unacceptable!

BJ's Wholesale Club membership account

I had a phone conversation customer service/ BJS member care Josh M. on Friday 08/ 16/2019 morning about cancel my membership before the renewl date in Sept 2019 and refund $55.00 back to me. He asked me for my name, membership number, address, phone, birth date. He explained to me the process will take 7-10 days to send my refund $55.00.
Later in the day Josh M. informed in the emailed me
He will be off Saturday 08/17/2019 and he will look in to my matter on Sunday 08/18/2019 . I was asked again for my name, address, phone number, membership number, and birth date.I have copies our emails about my refund.
I feel his customer service skills wasn't professional he was more interested in putting my matter .

Rude Staff named Kali, no last name on her name tag.
She was frying some frozen food for customers to try. The smell attracted me to
check what it was. There were some cooked ones. I was across the table assuming, she'll give me a sample, but she didn't, ignored my presence, didnt say anything, so I left . Not even less more than 50 yards, I saw a lady went to her table and joined her. Ms. Kali gave her 2 pieces of samples and told me she's one of the employees. She still didn't offer me a piece! I turned away, thinking she's a kind of prejudice person, since I'm a Pacific Islander. Went back to look at her name tag and she yelled, hope you got the right spelling. I ignored her cause I don't want to put myself on her level.
I've been a member for years and enjoy shopping at this company. This is the worst customer service I ever had.
Hopefully, the employee that she gave the cooked samples, bought some of the frozen food she frying.
Customers should be given the priority at least, since we're the ones buying the products.
Customer Service training needed.

Hi,
I am writing to complain against that frozen pizza called " California Pizza Kitchen " . I have not bought something from BJ before that is so worthless, and does not worth the money. Please stop selling to people this kind of product that is really does not even equate to one dollar.

My wife cooked that thing, and we followed exactly the directions and time to cook it. After it came out it looked like crackers.
I spent 10 dollars in that 2 packs. Boy, it does not worth even 1 dollar.

I would not cancel my membership with BJ, but I would that BJ discontinue this product.

BJ's Wholesale Club False Advertisement/ Poor Customer Service by General Manager

I visited the Gainesville, VA store on 8/18/19 to pick up a pair of glasses that I purchased a few weeks prior. While in the Optical Department, I observed a sign that said 75% of all frames. I asked the person working for more information on the promotion and was only told that it excluded some of the children frames. After approximately 30 minutes of looking at the frames, I selected a few for purchase with the expectation that I would return later for the prescriptive lenses. At time of checkout, the employee then stated that the promotion only applies if i purchase the lenses as well. I then asked the employee why that wasn't communicated earlier and where is it communicated? The sign did not include any wording to indicate that it only applies if lenses were purchased. The employee began shuffling through paperwork and was still unable to provide anything which stated that the sale applied to frames with the purchase of lenses. The employee even reported to have called another store location and was still unable to provide any documentation.

At that time, I asked for a manager to be called. The employee reported that the Optical Manager was not working on this day. I asked that the store manager be contacted. At that time, Larry, General Manager was called to assist. I explained to him my concern regarding the sign and the employee not accurately representing the terms of the promotion and that it is my expectation that the sign be honored. Larry stated that he had to go by what the optical employee reported. I asked that my concern be escalated, and he then advised me to contact customer support. I then asked him to get customer support on the line to ensure that I am speaking to the correct person in the correct department. Larry refused stating "I will dial the number but when someone picks up you have to talk to them yourself." I responded saying "I am asking that you explain to them the reason for the call and ensuring that I am speaking the correct person in the correct department." Larry then responded that he has other customers that needed his attention. I then said to Larry that I am a customer, a paid club member, and I need his attention the same way the other customers do, and I am standing in front of him. Larry again stated that once someone picks up the phone, he was leaving. I then told Larry, that I am beginning to wonder if I looked like him, would his interactions with me be the same. Larry immediately hung up the phone stating that he was done working with me and that I have no right to question him. I again reiterated my concerns to Larry of him being rude and dismissive and that I have a legitimate question/concern of why he has been rude and dismissive and was it racially motivated. Larry walked away and told his customer service representatives not to assist me any further.

I then contacted customer care from my cellphone while still in the club. I was told that Larry gave me incorrect information regarding my concern of the false advertisement as they had no to ability to handle concerns regarding the optical department. This is concerning for me for more than one reason; 1. Was Larry purposely giving me incorrect information? and 2. Does the General Manager not know about the operations of his store?

Nonetheless, I am writing today because I have not received the customer service I deserve, I am very knowledgeable of consumer law, and I am expecting the 75% off the frames that I selected as advertised.

BJ's Wholesale Club employee/asset protection

I'm writing in reference to an Asset protection employee Jane at the redline rd Philadelphia Bj's! Im a vendor who delivers product to your Bj clubs on a consistent basis! I enjoy delivering and coming to the clubs however one employee (Jane) always seems to spoil my experience there. She's very rude, impolite, impatient and has developed a reputation among many as a bit of a grouch and bully. Every other asset protection employee I encounter at other clubs are quite pleasant! I just wish she had a better attitude and knew how to communicate with people better than what she does, Thank you!
