I had recently gone to Bjs located in Pasadena Md and I had asked a lady that was in the bakery if she could write a "Happy birthday with a name" on a cake, she had told me yes, she could do so right away. As I continued to shop around the store I came back to the bakery, and she had given me an attitude regarding the cake and said she didn't have time to do it and she didn't want to "pull out more icing from the fridge" and said she wasn't going to do it.
