Stolen wallet
I had a wallet stollen and asked to have the video reviewed by the store. They have yet to inform me of the results and keeps stating they are reviewing the tape. I've call multiple times and still the Manager Star has yet to call me like she said she would. Now I believe they are trying to cover up the thief by one of their cashiers who is likely the culprit in this situation.
Desired outcome: I am waiting to see what the video shows of who took my wallet and stole my money inside of it.

I again ordered from bellport store to only be told the following day that it is out of stock. Get your website together. It’s ridiculous!

Why the [censored] am I paying for a membership only to be treated like a [censored]ing thief as I exit the store?! I can go to any other food store and be treated with dignity. Stop with the [censored]ing checking out to check if we are stealing. That is very degrading and insulting to loyal paying members!

Membership cancelled without any notice. I was on auto re-new
My husband went to BJS today and did his normal shopping of about $300.00 when he approached the check out he was told he no longer had a membership and then further told he would have to rejoin and pay a penalty fee $ 65.00 and they could not get back our previous membership. He then called me very irate and embarrassed.
I handle the auto pay it comes out of my checking. My renewal is and has been always for July 1 St. In April or May my checking account was debited $110.00 for auto pay membership I then called with a concern why was the money being taken out so early? Then then replied they were not sure she went on to say we can refund it and take it out when it is due. At that point I said no just keep it I'm all set my membership is good so long as you do not take out again in June.
She replied no you are all set. Membership is valid.
I don't know how I lost my member ship that I had a great history of shopping and spending good money at BJS to having to start up as a new member with no previous spending history which helps us because of the 2 percent plan we pay extra for to receives rewards.
I never received any notice my membership was in jeopardy or being canceled. I had Auto-pay and the money was taken out of my checking.
So here we are starting over with a new membership and was totally hamulated at the store check out not to mention how upset all the people in line were not very happy with this major hold up.
I feel the treatment my husband received was very unprofessional and I myself spoke to the girl on the phone while I was at work and she was not very understanding and I tried to clear it up as she said no I will open a new account with your husband with your permission. With that being said this account was something I took pride in as we purchased tires every year times two vehicles and spend on an average 0f $450.00 easy per month on just food and household goods not to mention yard etc. purchases.
If a refund was then put in place and then my membership was canceled why was I not notified and how did that happen as I did not request a REFUND. When $110.00 was taken out of my checking account.
You have access to my checking account I should of never been cancelled you go in and out of my checking from what I can see. No notice was given that my account was being CLOSED to the best of my knowledge my account was in good standing as what I was told on the phone. I did not appreciate the girl telling me today she can not help me with my previous account. I feel like this was a scam so the employee can get a new membership sigh up incentives that are in place. Thanking you in advance for your anticipated cooperation.
Desired outcome: I want my original account back with all my years of spending or transfer my history to the new card and a free member ship for two years.
Fuel up 75 cents off per gallon of gas
I purchased 4 items from the list on the flyer in one transaction (2 bags of Cape Cod chips, Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce & Vlasic Sweet Relish) as well as 2 items that are suppose to be 10 cents additional each per item (Veggie Straws and Apple Straws). Still have not received the fuel savings on my account. Have been in a back and forth chat session since 6/6/2022 to no avail. Besides the fact it takes up to 72 hours for a response the continued response is "4 items from the list have to be purchase in the same transaction". There is no response to the question regarding the 2-10 cent items. I totally can't understand why what I purchased doesn't qualify. I have just joined the club a couple of months ago and unfortunately due to this I will not renew it when it expires. VERY disappointed in BJs false advertising tactics.

My membership renewal
I renewed my card last month at a cost of 55.00. In todays mail I got a coupon that offered me a 20.00 renewal. I feel as if I was ripped off. Maybe 35.00 is not much to a big company but for a retired person, it hurt. Very unfair.
That 35.00 would buy a lot at BJ's.
Berkley Jensen 14' x 12' Steel Hardtop Gazebo with Netting
on may 9th 2022 i placed an order for a gazebo. i received an email notification with a tracking number and delivery date for 5/12/2022. i have called 6 times to follow up and everyone i talk to submit a ticket, when i call back to get an update on the prior ticket they inform me they have to submit ANOTHER ticket. 6 tickets have been submitted and i have not received 1 single answer. I have asked to cancel and reorder the gazebo but no one is able to assist me. This has been going on for over a month. this is unacceptable and if i am not going to receive my order or get an answer i need to get a refund back as soon as possible. order #[protected].. membership #[protected].

Weber grill s315 stainless steel grill - 277195
I ordered a Weber Grill S315 Stainless Steel Grill on 5/21/22 for 1,088 74. My order number is [protected]. My bj card number is [protected]
It was supposed to come with free assembly. Instead on 6/1/22 it was delivered by a contract company in a box from JFK airport. I was told to call BJ and they would have someone come to my house and assemble. Since then, I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to BJ. Everyone has been polite but no one has solved my issue. I called again yesterday and I was told it would be another five days before anyone could address my issue.
I was sent an email by Shalilin stating to call the number [protected] for assemble. I called the number and it is a different company who will gladly assemble my grill for an additional charge. They told me they have no contract with BJ. I tried emailing him back to no avail.
Meanwhile, I have a useless grill sitting in a box sitting in my yard.. Most likely getting wet even though I covered it as best I could.. Too heavy to move.
This is the first and last time I have ever ordered anything through BJ. What a disappointment. Eileen Dolan [protected].

chechout at your ffld ct store has been terrible and getting worse
checkout at Fairfield ct. store has been terrible and getting worse ! there are no hand held scanners at self check out locations at times you have to put items on floor after scanning them!. Only a few have checkout clerks in them 2 sometimes is a lot! with only 1 or 2 open you have merchants with cart full of merchandise checking out !in those. waited over 30 minutes in line to dayand finally getting near the checkout it closes. not good! finally left everything there and left . will not be going there again in the near future!
Wellsley Farms Mushroom Ravioli

Began boiling a serving size of 1 cup of the Mushroom Ravioli for 3-4 minutes as instructed by the packaging. One of the ravioli’s burst open with a strange black object exiting the dough. Picked it out and it was (after a Google search) a Bold Jumping Spider. Could not even eat the ravioli despite checking the other ravioli’s. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous as they bite.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate it if I could please receive a refund for my product.
BKs world credit card
I've had this card for several months and my payments don't go through properly, so I'm always in arrears with my account. I have spoken to a multitude of customer service reps who tell me that I've got a zero balance, but then my account shows that I'm in arrears again. I would like to speak to someone that can understand what I'm telling them and help me maintain my account balance. I'm ready to close my account out permanently.

May 2: Was able to check trucking company website to see it is on their dock, awaiting to be delivered.
May 11: Contacted customer service of trucking company to identify why the set has not been delivered.
May 13: Contacted customer service of trucking company again, Was given the phone number so I could call them directly. Was told I can come to their facility to pick them up myself.
May 16: Went to CEVA trucking to pick up shipment. They gave me (5) boxes: big box was table and smaller boxes were supposed to be 6 chairs plus assembly items. Got home to open boxes to discover the 7-piece patio set came with 8 chairs plus table. Contacted Member Care relate I was given 4-boxes of chainr and no assembly items for table. Wanted to get box of assembly components shipped. They requested photos of the missing items. How does someone take photos of missing items? Case # 5597595
May 17: Call Member Care to check on status. Was told it will be resolved in 3 business days. Received email on May 18 saying it is awaiting internal release.
May 20: Call Member Care. Was told the case was moved to an "expeditied" status, but it will still be 3-5 more days for the missing items to be shipped out.
May 24: Responded to email link of case: Response is they are still waiting for internal release.
May 24 end of business day: Email to Member Care that I have lost faith that this will be resolved. Requested for return. Request for return was authorizeed IMMEDIATELY. Email stated they have place a pickup request with the same trucking company to now come pick up.
May 30: Reload everything back onto trailer and return to local BJ's for refund.
Desired outcome: Mgr in Member Care be identified/fired for inability to make this right. Compensation for fuel :pick up at trucking co. and return to local BJ's. Formal apology from mgmt as to why the missing box could not be swapped for extra chairs.

Terrible customer service
I never received my online order because UPS tracking said it was too damaged and sent it back to the warehouse. I called customer service and spent over two hours between two different phone calls trying to get help. They did issue a refund and told me they were going to send items back out with a discount. I never received the items. Spent another hour on the phone and was told the best they can do is $10 for my trouble, which covered only the coupons that were wasted on the items that never arrived.
Problem returning an item
I purchased a mattress from BJ's.com on 3/26/22, which was delivered on 4/15/22. I contacted Customer Service to get the mattress returned. It was very uncomfortable, felt hard as a floor, and I was waking up with neck and back pain. After contacting Customer Service a total of 5 times and two returns initiated for the mattress, I still have the mattress and the customer Service seems to be useless. The 2nd return which was initiated by the 5th customer service agent sent a UPS label to ship the mattress back, however, it has to be picked up by a carrier, the same way it was delivered. I am a disabled veteran, and recently home from a heart attack.
I was not given any paperwork at the delivery, and have no proof that I received the mattress, and it had no protective wrapping or anything. I don't even know if it was a new or pre-owned mattress. BJ's Customer Service is telling me that it has to be returned with the original packaging, which I never received. BJ's doesn't want to return this mattress and I can't return something I never received. I requested to speak with a supervisor and that never took place.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund and the mattress picked up for return.
