Gas station threatened to use violence against customer . Pump don’t scan digital membership card. Ask attendant politely for a courtesy card and was refused .. claim I have to pay non membership price.. I ask politely for assistance again and attendant become agitated and came out both threaten to Fxxx me Up charging at me .. I was horrified and scared.. this is a serious issue need to be addressed by B J management

t. I need to make a formal complaint about one of your customer service employee. she was very rude and belligerent towards me. all because I told her I wasn't speaking to her I was speaking to a customer behind me. she refused to service me and threaten to call the police on me. she refused to give me her name and employee information when i asked.

I paid $100 plus tax for unlimited same day deliveries but I still get charged a $14.99 fee. Your reps have told me i have not, but my debit card statement from my bank supports that I still am. I also have attached the proof of that on the latest order.

Even though i have sent your rep David Roca the proof from my bank statement, he is still telling me that i have not been charged because when you look at the online history it indicates FREE.

Since he does not believe me or does not reposnd to my emails, I need to have the legal info to send a summons from small claims court to your legal department. I have all the evidence to back up what i say is true.

the total delivery charges amount to $14.99 x 3= 44.97

I was stunned to open my credit card statement and see a renewal fee of $110.00 charged from BJ's without my knowledge or consent.

I called their customer service number to complain and told them I initially paid about $60 for my membership a year ago and never authorized a charge to my credit card. The representative talked me into keeping my membership and told me to expect a refund of $45.00. Against my own better judgement, I agreed to pay $65 for this year's membership (my second year) because I have a couple of large purchases coming up.

I urge everyone who has experienced this to contact your State Attorney General's Office NOW. You can fill out a complaint form on their website. They can investigate the company and make legal charges against them. This is the only relief consumers can get besides suing their sorry butts in court.

I was waiting at the deli counter for my number to get called, There was only one associate at the time. Shortly after another ,customer had come to take a number, and then shortly after that another associate appeared to help with customers(me & ! other) He then called the next number, However that number was not in attendance. I raised my hand and alerted the associate that I had the following number, He then asks the other customer what number did she have? I did not argue with him but it made me feel so uneasy, I feel like he should have a lesson in etiquette and manners. i mean really, the other customer did not respond when he asked which was noble on her part. Lets just say if she weren't honest then what? It really ruined the rest of my day. I do not know his name but it happened at the Toms River NJ store between 9am-9:30am on Sept. 11, 2023.

The sales clerk refused to apply a 7.00 discount on jeans that were clearly displayed as discounted. I even showed her the photo on my cell phone.

She refused doubling down when I stated was going to dispute the charge stating that if I tried to disagree it would be theft and I should return all of the items off my credit card.

A manager had to sort that part out but still I was refused the discount. Upon returning home I looked a the photo that I had taken and clearly I was right in the first place.

I wondering what her problem was and since I am elderly, it it was discrimination or financial exploitation of the elderly, since I was entitled to the lower price.

I admit that I was purchasing a good product. That is not the issue. Even the price without the discount was acceptable.

On 8-17-23 club #37 purchased raspberries along with many other items, the next day when i went to use they were covered in mold, i know these berries are delicate in nature but still should have lasted a couple days. i was planning on returning them to the store, but didnt get right back there, i was hoping you could offer me an easier solution? i did place them in my freezer so i could share a photo if necessary. thank you , Kelli Vitarelli

We purchased this set at BJ’s of Warrington, Pa. location less than two years ago. At the end of last year, there was some deterioration in one of the chairs. This year someone sat on its seat and fell through. Also, we noticed the other chair seat is now weakening. Please see the attached pictures. I understand your warranty requirements but not destruction on the 365th day + 1. I will also contact Berkley Jenson with this same complaint in the hope this is not a who’s responsible circle pointing fingers at each other. I have no complaints about my past purchases from Berkley Jenson, so I hope I am not regretting it now. Thank you for your time.

I am a long time member of BJ's in Waterford CT. For months they have been out of Wellesley Potato Chips. When I asked management at the store, they looked it up and informed me that product hasn't been disconnected. These are great potato chips, why are they no longer available?

Healthy Choice Fudge Bars are another great item, which I've been informed the store is out of stock, for several weeks. I don't understand why, other BJ's stores have them in stock.
