BJ's Wholesale Club fraud made on my card that happened at 4am on May 2, 2024

Hello. i need to know where and who used my card to buy 279.00 worth of groceries on May 2, 2024. I didnt give any permission to purchase, and this was used on my EBT card. i have canceled the card this evening but i would like a response and my money put back in my account for fraud. i also contacted customer service at the human service department.

BJ's Wholesale Club Racial discrimination

Spoke with the branch manager on Tom what refused to check the security camera to let to know who had stolen my truck He was bring very racial discrimination towards me. He stated he would give the infomation to the police and not me showing know respect for my private property. Staff is alway watching every move we make in the Club making it hard to shop. We spend thousand of dollars every month in BJ's. we very upset, this has claim undue stress being threated this way.

Color discrimination involves treating someone unfavorably because of skin color complexion.

Race/color discrimination also can involve treating someone unfavorably because the person is married to (or associated with) a person of a certain race or color.

Discrimination can occur when the victim and the person who inflicted the discrimination are the same race or color.

Shopping time was today 2/8/24 at 12:12pm.

When checking out my third item, (3 of 16,), the register said I needed assistance for that item, I requested assistance and continue checking out. I completed my shopping, before I saw Daisy, and requested help. I showed her the pillow that needed scanning-assistance. She checked for the price on her phone and did not find it. I took up my phone to check, and she walked to the register beside me, with the pillows in her hand, and proceeded to help a (man with his pants question. (This was a Spanish-speaking customer)

I waited, and when she was finished, I asked her about the pillow, she walked away and went toward the last register. I waited, she came back without the pillow and said price check, apparently, she did not speak much English. I waited and she proceeded to help others. (all Spanish speaking customers). I waited, then suddenly I did not know where she was. The next time I saw her she was coming from the offices on the second floor; drinking coffee.

I went up to her and asked about the pillow, she said?. I think I heard pricing...

I waited a few more minutes and left the store.

Not only it seems as if she was reluctant to help, but also that she did not care to help me... the only Black customer, non-Spanish speaking customer at the moment.

Is there a new policy... because I have been shopping at your store for over 30years and was not aware that the store was a Latin-only store or was there another reason. She did not give me any, just ignored me.

I came to you, for an explanation.

BJ's Wholesale Club Discrimination by BJ's Manager.

I was stalked/harassed repeatedly by The Riverhead NY BJ's manager. I was unjustly trespassed because I refused when asked to tell the manager whether I was vaccinated or not during the Covid scare. Having done nothing wrong the manager repeatedly called the police to remove me from the store. I waited nearly three years. I was advised by local police that the unjust trespass order was valid for only one year. I renewed my membership today. I wasn't flagged in the system. My membersahip renewal was approved. Again, having done nothing wrong, when I went in to shop today, manager Heather called the police to remove me from the store. This manager has a personal vendetta where I'm concerned. It needs to stop.

Desired outcome: Stop the targeted harassment so I can shop in peace.

BJ's Wholesale Club Unwanted Charge

I have an unwanted $55 automatic payment from my daughter's debit card that was never set up to my BJ's account. It says I have 3 cards under my account, and I've only ever used one of the accounts during my purchases at the store. I tried to remove the extra accounts and it said that there were no cards linked to my BJ's account. I also tried to discontinue the automatic payments and it will not allow me to.

BJ's Wholesale Club Membership

I found out today from my bank that BJ's renew my membership without my authorization. My account had been closed for almost 4 years. I think this is a security issue with BJ's in general. I closed the account because the customer service is always questionable and this case is an example.

I called BJ's and the person who answered the call didn't know how to explain why BJ's renewed my membership. Finally, I spoke with the supervisor in charge and he said that B's has an easy renewal service...what .!. If my account had been closed for almost 4 years, that is a clear indication I do not want to shop in BJ's WHY THEY RENEW MY ACCOUNT..! I believe this is a security issue and BJ's is trying to cover up.

BJ's Wholesale Club Packages content reduction while prices increase

I have been a loyal member since 1999. I have observing for the last few months the reduction in packages content while the prices continue to increase constantly. Yes, perhaps you would think that the your members would not notice the subtle changes, but I did. For instance the Marinade sauces jars are smaller, the cotton ball bag seems be the same size yet the cotton balls inside have been split in half, that paper towel rolls are fluffier now which translate into less paper towels, the avocados net before had 5 avocados and now they have 4. These are just a few items of the BJ’s brand, but I could keep going. You may blame the supply chain crisis, the inflation, the global warming, the ongoing wars around the world, whatever you name it but don’t try to scan us. As you are well aware there are other wholesale club choices. Perhaps you don’t appreciate loyalty, but I do. I have the trait to predict the fell down of companies based on customers service response. I hope you read this and react properly to it.

Desired outcome: Not to be scan, and keeping the packages content as previously.
