I would of gave zero stars if possible. I want start by saying I accepted to do 4 donations for $400 for 4 donations in a month. I made two donations with no problems. I went donate on July 20th 2023 and was declined due to someone losing my speed blood test from what the manager told me. The manager that was a phlebotomist had to redo my speed blood test...

BioLife Plasma Services Lack of concern or care of donor.

The person plugging me in didn't say anything to me but ask my name put the arm cuff on stuck the needle in and walked away. When she came back finally I told her my are was going numb and look to be turning colors. She gave me something to hold. Took forever for me to donate and was painful. Wish they could make sure it's comfortable, like other donation centers.

Desired outcome: Make sure the donation process is painless and as comfortable as possible

After I got screened, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes in the chair bc I’m a double red stick. They did other people before me and I requested the person. They did 4 people after me who sat down after me and they told me because I refused the person with no double red experience that I had to wait or come back another day. I had 3 successful donations. On the 4th the staff bruised both arms due to poor sticking. For that reason of the bruising, I couldn’t give for a week. BioLife Plasma Services Contacts Agreement New Donor

On August 10, 2023, screening new donor plasma and complete physical the agreement was $800.00 for 8 donations within 30 days and before August 13,2023.

I am unable to make an appointment...The website has me blocked.

I went to Biolife Plasma this week where my time was wasted yet again. I am a fit athlete, and the last two times they measured my pulse they told me my resting heart rate was too high to donate. I lift weights 5-6 days a week; cardio is also 5-6 days a week. Both are at high levels of exertion. My diet is very clean. I had zero caffeine in my system...

BioLife Plasma Services Job application

I was notified through INDEED of a job with BIOLIFE PLASMA SERVICES and filled out the application. I then received emails from TAKEDA asking if I would be able to travel to be trained for 12 weeks, rental car, hotel and food provided. Was sent to a link to do an online video interview through a company called HIREVUE. I tried to reschedule the interview due to illness in my home. Upon trying to contact BIOLIFE, they inform me that I would have been contacted by TAKEDA not a subsidiary there of. This is very upsetting because less than a year ago I lost a large sum of money to a real estate investment that did online transactions. Please help me to get some kind of personal/financial security.

When I did my initial physical. We went through all my tattoos and piercings. I got about 20 scattered about. The newest one was done 5 years ago. We did an update and went through them again. And for some reason the one I got in 2011 after my son died didn’t get recorded. Now I’m band for life? Was it a nurses mistake or me forgetting about that one...

BioLife Plasma Services Discrimination

I had an appointment scheduled and went thru most of the process told bio life I was jobless and they called me back into a room with a piper and she said I said I was homeless when I effectively produced my drivers license with my address on it and two bills in my name from my address there is a manager piper who didn't ask me but shunned me from services. I an jobless and need this help. It was my first time and I'll never be back.

On top of being violent all three have and are happy to break the rules or bend them to fit their needs they are in abuse of power and give people the runaround where the rest of the staff doesn't. BioLife Plasma Services The managers bed side manor sucks...!!!!

the first time I returned to biolife after 2 years online it said I would receive 800 dollars when I got there they said special didn't apply to them and the manager missed my vain and had to stick me again she didn't apologize for her mistake kept making excuses... then the other day Sunday the men's toilet wasn't working and I had to use the bathroom emergency left to go next door and when I got back the same manager who miss my vein said I could not donate because I answered my questions and I shouldn't have left... but I had to use the bathroom number 2... that's not kool

Desired outcome: reimbursement of my Sunday Bonus and give me my compensation... for being a new patient

BioLife Plasma Services Violating HIPPA privacy law

BioLife is forcing people to give protected information and they are tricking people into giving them full access to their medical records for information that has nothing to do with the situation and is none of their damn business. Two nurses both lied to my face saying it wasn't full access but I'm highly educated and the form they have you sign is contradictory to what it says vs what it is actually getting.

I had a high pulse right it was 2 points more then they allowed simply because of nerves so they said I had to give them full access to my medical records including protected areas to determine I was ok to donate that makes no sense my doctor could easily answer the question without providing my entire medical record. This is a clear violation of HIPPA PRIVACY LAW and my constitutional rights to privacy.

Further bullying people into signing this release is unethical.

Desired outcome: For them to stop breaking the law and being deceitful using backhanded tactics to get information they have no right to be asking for

9:33am 7/21/2023. Walked in to make an appt. HEATHER, this lady was concretely rude and unprofessional. I understand you all are busy. I asked her how much was the donation fees. She said 700$ month. I then asked how much each donation and her response was..."calm down, you seem anxious' and laughed. You really need that lady away from the public. Totally unnecessary. I will not be back! BioLife Plasma Services Plasma donation

Hello I'm new to this donating I was told the first four visits I would get $125 I was never told about a 30 day. Yesterday I went to donate everything went well I get to the ATM and discovered I was only paid $50 when it took me $20 to get there I was really upset I tried calling yesterday over and over and couldn't get an answer so I called this morning got an answer it was told there was a 30-day period when I do nothing about it and that I'm pretty much screwed out of $75 I don't think that's right I feel like that money is owed to me when people go to donate they should add a 30-day period not safe 125 your first four visits so instead of this lady trying to make it right and to keep me coming back donating pretty much just said I was screwed

BioLife Plasma Services Assistance

They never answer the phone. I was told to wait for the app to upload even though the app says to co tact my center. I find it almost impossible to get an appointment. I'm almost always skipped over and when I say something about it calmly I get attitude like i was the incompetent one who is responsible to read my name. The many times I got attitude for requesting a professional phlebotomy tech..

Desired outcome: I just don't want to waste my time walking 26 minutes in the sun a ynore to deal with someone else's attitude. I deal with enough in my life. I am just done going I guess.
