I had an appointment 09-01-2023 for 6 pm. I arrived to the center at 6:08. The doors was locked. I was told that instead of the normal 10 minutes. i could only be 5 minutes late. I was never told this information. I have been donating there faithfully 2x a week. I informed the manager Bill that I was trying to be a participant in the drawing for $1500. He just shut me down and out.

If you apply a coupon code it takes away everything else you are supposed to receive. In example the frequency pay. And 2nd donation of the week bonus which is higher then the coupon bonus. And if you talk to a member of management, they will not accept it, or they will say they can take it away as a threat.
