BioLife Plasma Services - Vitals Techs and Phlebotomist not changing gloves after each patient

I donate at the BioLife clinic on Richmond Ave. in Houston, TX. I was giving my vitals with a tech. The vitals process includes blood pressure check, temperature check, weight check, and blood is drawn from your finger. I was chatting with the vitals tech and she mentioned that she only changed gloves after every two or three patients. I was shocked by this as I assumed, since blood was drawn, gloves would be changed after each patient. I decided to watch when I went for my donations after that visit, and sure enough, almost every time, I have had to ask the vitals tech to put on fresh gloves.

Desired outcome: For all vitals techs and phlebotomists to put on fresh gloves after EACH patient since bodily fluids are being exposed.

BioLife Plasma Services - A bad experience

I already filled a complaint of sorts on the BioLife website. I would like to discuss my endeavor with a person in a position of authority because I feel like the manager's and nurse's treatment of me was argumentative, callous, caustic, dismissive, rude, unapologetic, unfair, and unjust. I would like to have consequences dealt out to them in an appropriate way. Opposite of how it should be.

Desired outcome: A Promise for Improvement or an Apology or at Least an Explanation...

BioLife Plasma Services - I am complaining about lack of communication at the richmond center

I called the Richmond center to ask them could I still be a new donor at there center if my information was at the other center. The lady tells me I can but I'd have to have my information transferred over. I did was told to check back with Richmond, I called the next day, and was told all was well. I set up an appointment the next day only to call the day of my appointment to be told none of my information was found. I was told someone would reach out to me. I get things get busy but eventually no one reached out. I called back got purposely put on hold. Only to call back later and there's a dial tone. Very unprofessional and I'm totally hurt and disgusted.

BioLife Plasma Services - Bruises on arm due to employee sticking needle to deep in my arm

At the end of September I decided to donate plasma and the employee poked me way too deep in my arm and I ended up getting sick after that and vomited and felt very nauseous. When I went home my arm hurt but I didn't think anything of it until the next day I saw bruises on my arm. I couldn't even move my arm. For 2 weeks the bruises stayed on my arm and more appeared. It ended up going away but I called them to let them know what happened they said they'd start an investigation and never heard back from them.
