On November 2nd 2022, I received a text offering to get a free Keurig Coffee Machine and to just pay shipping fee after responding a questionnaire. I did, and I know I should have known better, completed all my information including debit card number for them to charge the shipping.
I never received anything, but to my surprise, they not only charged shipping twice, but then they charged me $ 99.73.
My bank won't credit this amount back to my account, customer service department from this company said they can't give me a refund because "the case is closed" and that it was a raffle that I didn't win. Unbelievable. I can't believe I fell for this.
