Between October 10th-19th, 2022, We used Hornet Moving to move our household items. The company representative and movers rush and pressure you to sign up with them without allowing you to read and understand the documents. The movers do not handle your household items with care and caution. They do not wrap and pack the items correctly. They just throw everything on the truck like sacks of potatoes. They had an engine fire on the truck that had transported my household items, that was completely destroyed and tried to claim my items were fine, but in reality everything has fire, smoke and water damage due to the fire department extinguishing the fire from the burnt-out truck. When Hornet Moving delivered my items, most of the items were damaged. Use alot of caution if you deal with this company.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed at 100% for all the items I lost due to the fire on the truck and damages from mishandling my household items!!
