I need to change my autopay information. Exeter’s system will not let me do so. My account says I do not have access to change my autopay. I have called numerous times and left many messages and done live chats. They just redirect me back to the system to do it myself (which the system won’t let me do). This is a terrible way to do business. I have always been on time with my payments. I would like someone there to help me with this instead of lazily redirecting me back to a system that does not work I have added a photo of the times I have emailed them.
