I am refusing you to make two charges on my account and am therefore cancelling my use of your product.
I was unaware of this business being "international", was not aware you would assume it was fine to charge the processing fee for that, think you have a good idea but refuse to pay two fees.
I did not authorize you to save and re-use my credit card information for the international fee charge, was not aware you were based in Great Britain, and did not at any point authorize additional fee you not only didn't tell me, didn't ask permission to charge, but used my credit card information a second time to charge me for without my knowledge or permission.

Something tells me that this company is a total scam. They ask to pay for getting more contacts, but after you pay nothing changes. For instance, I paid for more options and can't see any difference. Same people are shown, nothing new, no privileges. Not a single one.
What's the point of this service? Yes, in getting as much money as possible doing nothing. Very smart and convenient. But I hope you'll be shut down for things like this.
I'm complaining about paying for my upgrades and not getting them
Yes I put an ad on your site for renting a room and I have updated so that I could see who was looking at my ad for times that's $16 and I have not once gotten to see who else is looked at my butt I would really like to talk to someone in person so if I could get her number in the United States I would like it to talk to someone because I either want my money back or and close the head or I'm going to complain to someone else please give me a response

No customer service
I had an issue and really needed some help from EasyRoommate customer service, but it seems that they don't have any kind of support. First I tried to call but no one picked up. Then I sent several messages and received nothing back. I also tried to find some additional contacts, but it seems like these people don't really care about their customers. I'm very disappointed with EasyRoommate. This kind of thing really showed me how disrespectful and unreliable is EasyRoommate.
My ad was deleted and moderators ignored me
The website www.easyroommate.com is real crap, so be careful and better don’t pay for the membership. I paid money and posted my ad about room, but the moderators simply deleted it after it posted. I have no idea why they deleted it, ‘coz the moderators ignored all my emails and questions. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
Waste of money and time
Don’t waste time on the website www.easyroommate.com. I paid money for the membership and tried to find the roommate, but I didn’t get any response from them. As well as the support team ignored my emails and messages. So don’t waste time and money and simply avoid the scammers. Please, post comments and reviews about this website. And did anybody find the roommate on this website, write comments.
I have tried to cancel your service with no avail. I no longer need your service. Please refund The $12.90 for Roomster you deducted from my Account. Thank You,
