Berrada Properties is making Milwaukee, Wisconsin looking bad and looking worse! In January 2022, Berrada Properties bought apartments from Jomela Properties that they owned from 23rd Street to 32nd Street and Wells Street, 27th & Michigan Street! They hire Mexican men who don't speak English to do construction and maintenance work on apartment buildings, The Mexican men are rude & disrespectful, They don't show you no respect, no dignity, no confidence and no self respect! They caused Dalyvette Baez Ramos, Aaron Redd, Sherlonda Carder, Cassandra Offord, Jimmy Howard and the other tenants their apartments in 2022 and 2023! Berrada Properties maintenance men and Youseff "Joe" Berrada are the ones who's causing the mice and rat infestation at tenants apartments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, They refuse to do and take care of things at tenants apartments! They caused rat infestation in Dalyvette Baez Ramos apartment in 2022, They refused to fix Aaron Redd's apartment ceiling when it was leaking with water, They refused to fix Jimmy Howard's apartment bathroom when it had bad plumbing, In 2022 Berrada took over bought Cassandra Offord's apartment building on the corner of 29th and Highland Avenue with her heat and her neighbors heat turned off around Thanksgiving, In 2023 Berrada Properties apartment building on Sherman and Florist Avenue got caught on fire, After the fire, black tenants belongs got ransacked and stolen that caused the tenants not to return and move back into that apartment building! That same year Berrada Properties failed to clean up the apartment building on 84th & Capitol Drive that was filled up with maggots, because a black guy got shot & killed inside the car behind the apartment building! Their apartment buildings are unsafe and unsanitary to live in. Stay away from Berrada Properties, Do not rent to Berrada Properties, Because they will screw you and rip you off of your money, Rent an apartment that is not affiliated with Berrada Propereties!
