Rachel was extremely helpful with my home refinance. She helped me understand what all the documents were for and she had so much patience as it took me a few days to gather some of the documents. Rachel brought so many people together at the right time for a quick and successful refinance. I don't know what I would have done without her. November The Free Mortgage Modification Counseling crew truly helped me save my home because there were no other option available to us due to court lean that was on my spouse's credit. My home loan bank denied us four time, VA tried to help, the different companies tried refinance, and they were not successful. I recently recontacted them to do as they *** They said they tried and that it was over. Too bad! I then *** a *** So there was no help - this was a *** to *** in trouble during Covid. Scam scam scam.
