We went into our local bed store in st andrews quay hull just looking at the time, anyhow we wanted to try the new temp pro pls just to see how it felt so we were taken to try a mattress that understands the body and what mattress would be suitable for us, anyhow that was all done and we were shown the tem pro pls which we laid on in store we quite liked it as it was not to firm just lovely like our other mattress, that was in july of this year,
So we decided that yes we would treat ourself to this mattress expensive to say the least but why not now when we received the mattress we both said wow this mattress is nothing like what we tried instore it was so firm and not nice to sleep on now I suffer with back issues and I new I had to try it and hope for the best well we preserved until we couldn't sleep any longer on the mattress this was within 60 days of getting it so I rang I believe was your head office and spoke to someone and explained that we cant honestly sleep on that as it was way to hard and we never choose a mattress like this and it states medium on our invoice but it clearly is not, we were told the 60 days does not apply instore only online! That's ridiculous and unlucky basically we couldn't do a thing about it now the £1,344.59 mattress is in our spare room not slept on and we have reverted back to our other mattress our backs have never been so bad since sleeping on that tem pro pls for the money that we have paid I think the service we have received was not good and surely that must be something we can do we are paying out for a mattress we are not sleeping on we could have at least been given an option for it to be returned and go in and choose another, there are so many bed company's out there but we choose you as we were recommended
