Bella Patio

I signed a contract with Bella Patio on July 2nd for a patio cover. They said it would be done in 6 to 8 weeks. I gave them $1000. I called them a few times and went to their store, but they still don't know when it will be done. They took my money right away though. They dug two big holes in my yard a month ago, so now I can't use my yard.

I paid Bella Patio, LLC $1,129 on 1/25/22 for a trellis/patio cover. They said it would be done by 3/30/22, but nothing has happened yet. I've tried calling and emailing, but no one gets back to me. I even talked to the receptionist and salesman (Chris Miller) a few times, but they never follow up. I think they're either scamming me or just can't do the job. I saw other complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com and now I'm sure they're up to something fishy.

I hired Bella Patio on 4/8 to put in a solid patio cover with gutters and downspouts. They were supposed to take care of all the permits and inspections. On 5/18, they put in a different kind of cover and I'm not sure if they got the permits or not. The vendor said the City of North Las Vegas doesn't inspect, but later said someone named Jeffrey T did. I got worried and locked the gate and kept the paperwork when I found out there might not have been an inspection. On 6/24, only a girl from the vendor came by. The *** cover cost $10 per sq.ft, while Alumawood was $20 per sq. ft. They don't guarantee the paint won't fade from normal weathering or that the screws and other parts won't rust. They also don't cover unpermitted covers. My HOA needs permits for building.
