iFurniture Unaddressed issue - missing part of the sofa (legs)

I want to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with iFurniture. I recently purchased a reversible sectional sofa a two-seater pull-out bed in Urban/Pepper last February 25, 2024, and unfortunately, I found the overall experience unsatisfactory.

Specifically, I would like to address the following points:

Product Quality: doesn't meet my expectations. There are some missing parts of the sofa, specifically the legs. Not worth it with the price.

Customer Service: I found the level of customer service provided by iFurniture to be inadequate. The communication could have been better, and I experienced significant delays in receiving responses to my inquiries: poor communication or lack of responsiveness from the customer service team.

Given these experiences, I am deeply unsatisfied with my interaction with iFurniture. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of service and professionalism.

Recommendation: Moving forward, iFurniture will take steps to address these issues and improve the customer experience. Effective communication and prompt resolution of customer concerns are essential for building customer trust and satisfaction.

iFurniture Product still not delivered

Purchased product on 15 Feb, delivery scheduled for 11 March. As of 29 March still no item delivered, and any communication is in response to my query, and does not answer the question.

I have bought a furniture dresser from IFURNITURE they shipped me after 3 months and product was incomplete and damage and now they are not trying to accept it back. We took 3 hours to fix the product as it comes dismantle and then after fixing up we found out the drawer has some issue including the handle. They have sent me without a channel where drawer...

My Partner Bought Sofa From Sandy in onehunga Branch He is very nice person and good customer service,
Today I went to ifurniture (Penrose Branch wherehouse) to pick up my item unfortunately I hade my worth customer Service experience in my life, she was to rude to me and then she talk Chines to other person who moved item to my van he was very rude to and left the boxes outside and did not even help me to put in my van, I am your old customer and never had such this problem, Thanks

iFurniture Delivery

I was moving to a new house, so I bought a lot of new furniture from iFurniture. These guys gave me nothing but headache, there were a lot of issues with the delivery service, then there was something wrong with the payment. The whole thing was a true nightmare. I also understood that these people from iFurniture are terrible, unfriendly, rude and completely unprofessional. The last straw was when they delivered my order to the wrong address and left it there. I had to pay extra money to make them come back and deliver everything to my place. These guys are the most unprofessional and unreliable! I would not recommend them to anyone!
