I jus bought a bedrum set from dem on Septembar 24 and dey sed it wud take 6 weeks or less for delivery. After 6 weeks, I ain't herd from dem so I called on da 8th week. I asked for da person I bought it from but he wasn't around. Dey sed he wud call me da next day but he never did. I called again and dey told me da person responsible wud call me da next day. I waited a few days and called again but dey told me he was with a customer. I waited on da phone until he was done and we had a long argument about why dey never called me. He made da excuse dat Mb is on red but I told him dat it doesn't matter cuz da 6th week was before Mb went on red status. He promised dat I wud get my order before da end of November but when I called today, dey didn't give me any status on my order and da responsible person is off today.

I bought a Moffatt dryer from J.S. Furniture on Oct. 17, 2019, but it doesn't dry my clothes. There's no heat. I called them for a repair on March 2. I'm worried that I'll have more problems after it's fixed. I don't have a lot of money, so I was hoping that buying a new dryer would mean no problems.

But after 5 months, the cushions got all saggy and it was super uncomfortable. I talked to the boss, Brian ***, on December 12. Brian said they would replace the foam inside. I talked to the service guy and Brian for a few weeks. They picked up the couch, fixed it, and brought it back to me at the start of March . But I had to pay more money. On April 10, I told Brian the couch was even worse than before. The cushions were still saggy and it hurt my back a lot. Brian said they would give me a $500 store credit to buy a new couch, but I have to spend more money in their store.

We went to the store on November 22nd to look for a double bed, and we told Ricco that we wanted a traditional mattress, not a roll-up one. But he convinced us to try the roll-up one, saying we could exchange or refund it if we didn't like it. We also bought a leather recliner chair, a 5-drawer dresser, and a bed frame with a headboard. They delivered everything the next day, but the dresser was warped and the recliner didn't work. We got a refund for those two items, but now Brian, the manager, won't refund us for the bed even though the mattress is too firm for me. He says it's store policy not to refund it, and that I voided the guarantee by not using the mattress cover I bought. I think he should refund me for the bed and the headboard and frame, and I've been trying to contact him but he's ignoring me. I hope we can resolve this soon.
